Bad experience with delivery driver
I ordered an egg chair from Ebay for delivery to my third floor apartment. The company tried to ring me two days running while I was at work but eventually managed to get hold of me and arranged delivery for today (Sat 10th Jan). When the driver arrived he rung me and I said I would come down. However, when I got to the door of the building I couldn't see him as he was waiting behind the van. I had to shout to him as unfortunately I had forgotten my key fob and was on my own. After unloading the pallet from the van he took one look at the door and said it wouldn't fit. When I bought the chair the description said to make sure the doorways were 74cm wide. I have since measured all the doors into the building and they are all 90cm or over.
I have also received a message from the seller saying that I rejected the parcel and it will cost a further £30 to redeliver it. I felt I had no choice as I was not willing to leave a £800 item on the street and I think it is disgraceful that they are charging the seller money when the driver didn't even attempt to get it through the door.
12/01/2026: I messaged the seller tonight as he had offered to rearrange delivery. I suggested next Saturday as the company are unable to enter buildings due to damage and both myself and my sister work. The seller said he had been informed that I had spoken to the company and arranged delivery for tomorrow. I have not arranged this and if I had not contacted the seller would not know anything about it.

After 3 years of perfect record (NO MISS OR LATE PAYMENTS) I've got a miss payment of $2600 because of the bank issue, after I found out I've sent a wire right away, called them and try to reinstate my account sending them proofs of wire transfer!
My request was denied, and no manager wished to speak to me about that issue
After 3 years of working together they left my trucks with no fuel for a missed payment of just $2600 without even calling and discussing with me about it. This is ridiculous!
Just Great service
Just had an order of timber delivered in liverpool area by this company.
Brilliant service. The driver couldn’t have been more helpful.
The delivery should really have come on a hi-ab ( lifted down with a crane attachment to the wagon), which I think was down to the company I ordered from and was far bigger than the pallet it was on.
As a result, each individual plank had to be unloaded by hand.
The driver helped me with this, which I’m sure he didn’t have to and was polite and friendly. Five star service, thank you.

Exceptional customer service
I've been doing my job for too many years now, I have dealt with many networks during my tenure, they all have the same problems that occur, the difference I have found with EFS, is their customer service.
We deal with many challenging customers who want their deliveries on time and ere not interested in any excuse or reasons. Having spoken with our C/S representative, Louise, she promised to look after those awkward deliveries. First week, all delivered on time, the following weeks, I had no reports of problems. As the saying goes, no news is good news. It wasn't until today when Louise emailed and asked how they were doing with these deliveries. To my shame, as everything was going so well, I hadn't contacted her to say thank you. Although I had forgot what she was doing for us, she was still doing it. That is what I call customer service at it's best. Thanks Louise, keep up the good work, we really appreciate you.

pallet delivered to Whalley
Just had a pallet delivered to Whalley. Because of access problems the driver had to leave his van and wheel the pallet down the road on a rather rainy day before leaving it at the back of the property.
He was very helpful and kept me well informed re time of arrival.

Careful professional driving
We were riding our horses on a rural lane when one of the large EFS Global wagons turned onto the lane. The driver stopped on the widest part of the lane and turned the engine off. He waited patiently for us to pass safely. The horses remained relaxed, we exchanged friendly words of thanks with the driver and he waited until we were well clear before starting the engine. Absolutely text book behaviour from the driver. It shows good awareness and professionalism. He is a credit to his company. Thank you!

Fantastic service, Lee the driver doesn’t mess about, very professional and a very good driver, most delivery drivers struggle to turn in our tight yard, Lee just gets on with it and he’s back on his way again, shame there is not more wagon drivers as good as that.
