Amazing service, blades and delivery is excellent. Price reasonable to other brands and they also provide free cork handles (FOC) when you email them. Exceptional!

I have been using Shavekit for sometime and have never experienced any problems with them. I only buy the razor blades, but I find them of good quality and reasonably priced. I particularly like the ability to amend delivery dates to suit my needs. I would recommend people to give them a try.

I have used Shavekit for over 5 years. The deliveries are very flexible and can be put on hold or brought forward depending on your usage very easily. High quality products, never had an issue.

These guys a brill... new size packs, great items/excellent quality items, at a real honest price, 😃... used these people a while now with NO faff, fibs or fakery... all good honest and genuine stuff, all well presented, quick delivery, and as ordered, as always, 😁😁...

I've been using Shavekit since its inception and have been more than satisfied with the quality of the product and the service. The reliability of regular blade deliveries and the ease of subscription payment are so much better than those tedious visits to retailers who always seem to be pushing some new gimmick or feature. And, most important of all, the quality of a Shavekit shave is excellent - and consistent.

Ordered 2 of the shaving cream and old handle and arrived today,not a fan of the cork handle but others like it,excellent shave and I am changing my order for better value bigger bundle razor,highly recommend these razors.

Lack luster product, cancelled my subscription and went and charged me again regardless despite contacting via phone & email, to which they eventually start sending threatening and extremely unprofessional emails. Not a great way to run a business. Save the agro and go to someone with 100 times better product and service that is more premium (HARRYS) I’d avoid this company

My Shavekit delivery was on time with the items all in good working order.
I also recieved a gift pack separately which wad a nice touch.

Great customer service with good communication felt like a valued customer. Best razors I have used. Stay sharpe and give a perfect shave last me over month before I change. So good value. If you haven't try give a go you won't be disappointed

Took money from bank early , first delivery didn’t arrive firstly on time then not at all (they said someone must have moved it when I live myself)
No help for potential new customer and poor website for the bargain.

I've been with Shavekit for a good number of years now using their 5 blade razor. I find them to be excellent and good value for money.

The website is a little clunky to use and managing the subscription is not the easiest to use. I set myself a reminder on my personal calendar and go in and change the delivery date as to my needs.

I've not really had much need to contact customer service but on the odd occasion I have done they have always responded immediately and dealt with any issues quickly and I must say generously.

Great products, even better prices when compared to the "big brands", and everything delivered to my door when I want. What's not to love?

Their customer service is practically non existent. Tried calling on the number and no answer, sent emails with no reply.
I would avoid this company, looking at other reviews lots of other people have had the same experience.

Edit - in regards to your reply, I’ve emailed multiple times about the same thing and no reply. It does seem you have someone looking at the reviews on trustpilot more than responding to emails

I can't remember how long I've been receiving the shave kit razors and handles, it's probably over ten years I guess but I would never use anything else. It use to be my beard when I was clean shaven but the reversal is now it's shaping the beard and shaving my head. These are the sharpest and safest razors that anyone could ever use. Keep up the good work.

Now, I'm only a light user as I have a beard so only shaving my neck area.
I use the 3 blades as any more seems a waste just for my neck. I always find the sharp and give a nice smooth shave and last me a good amount of time before I have to change them.
I also really enjoy the shave cream, find it very good.
Being able to buy products without a subscription is also very good

Very sharp blades give a clean, smooth shave with comfortable handle.

Ability to postpone shipments a useful tool.

Very responsive customer service.
