Had a lovely chat with ruhama, she was very kind and understanding, making my cancellation process so easy.

Don't consider a trial unless you know you a subscription. Ordered a free trial and got charged 26.99 without picking anything.....I am about to call them.....watch this space

have tried & failed to cancel this subscription a number of times over last 2 years - the website only offers the option to delay, or to call their 0207 landline & attempt to justify reason for cancellation with their no doubt zealous staff.
Regardless of whether it's value-for-money or not (i found the 'added products' poor value & ineffective), I think it is exceedingly questionable policy to only allow cancellations by fone - for someone who has suffered brain-damage thru multiple seizure & stroke events, it is very hard to deal with people who are by definition resistant to yr stated objective - and I can't but wonder what on earth their justification for this shonky practice. My guess is that they are counting on being able to apply sufficient pressure over the phone to stop cancellations - having worked extensively in sales & marketing, I've witnessed such poor practice before, which is why I CANCELLED BY EMAIL, and will not be returning under any circumstances - my local supermarket has better value options & is significantly less stressful.

This range gives an excellent shave. The shaving cream doesn't dry the skin on the way that other such creams do. Re-orders can be spaced as needed. Interaction with the service centre is always speedy and efficient.

After trying a few different mail order providers, Shavekit have always provided the goods in quality, convenience and price. Truly flexible with delivery options too, not locked in to long subscriptions that you can't get out of.

The products are amazing. I was really surprised by how effective the razors are and the shave cream is pleasant smelling. The items always come well-packaged. I like the cork handles - less plastic has to be good, right?
Having received three months’ worth of deliveries though I decided to stop my subscription because I don’t have space for surplus stock and I rang the number and spoke with Ruhama; she was really helpful, friendly and efficient.
I will definitely recommend the products and will buy again in the future when stocks run low.

After being extremely disappointed by the rubbish quality and horrendously expensive price of my previous razor supplies (Starts with G!) I gave Shavekit a shot and I've not been disappointed with their products, service and after-sales customer relations. The blades still give a close shave after a week of daily use- you can't say more. Nice to see a company and product that live up to expectations!

Good ethics with Shavekit and my experience has been really positive in last couple of years. Products are really good and help my slightly sensitive skin, and the blades last well. Cork Handles? What could be better! Good communication too in my view.

Order a trial kit but then charged me £30 for subscription. I contacted them for a refund , sent the sealed packet back just to be returned back to me 2 weeks later. Try to contact them again and just been past over from one department to another and after a while they stopped answering. So no refund and being stuck with shit products that I don't want. SCAMERS!!! AVOID

i have always fancied a better experience when shaving & struggled to find one until now! the range of products at reasonable prices means i have finally found the one, yay!
to also have them delivered & the fact you can schedule when you want whatever shaving products you need also makes this a total win win.

In my experience SK have always supplied good products at a reasonable price. If I've ever wanted to skip a delivery I've found it easy to do and hassle free. I've had limited reason to contact their Customer Services because I'm happy with the service one received, but when I have I've had prompt and helpful replies. No problems at all and I've found them very reliable.

I hate having stubble and would NEVER grow a beard, always prefer clean shaven. However I have always had problems with shaving and have tried various ideas, dry shaving, all leave my skin feeling raw, other blades and shaving creams eg Gillette etc, I always ended up with shaving rash and or nicks. Since I first tried out Shavekit back in 2017 I have found that I have none of these issues. The blades are superb and the Shave Cream (Smooth Glide Kit) is exceptional. My skin after shaving feel so smooth and no burning or irritation as I used to have before.
I thoroughly recommend Shavekit, the best move I ever made.

I have been using Shavekit for a short while and have never experienced any problems with them. The razor blades are good quality and reasonably priced. I particularly like the ability to amend delivery dates for orders. I would recommend people to give them a try.

Amazing service, blades and delivery is excellent. Price reasonable to other brands and they also provide free cork handles (FOC) when you email them. Exceptional!
