Outstanding work, very happy with end result. We had 4 visits from Sharps in total. One to evaluate and price job, second to work out schematics of bespoke office desk and cupboards, third to deliver equip and lastly the carpenter. Andris the carpenters work was exceptional, he was neat and tidy ensuring no walls or floors were marked by his equip. He even went the extra mile by placing furniture back in the room that wasnt part of his role. Every member of the Sharps team were exceptional, polite and respectful. We would highly recommend and definately use them again. Thank you.

Sharps have been professional from start to finish. The Salesperson who came out and helped us plan out the wardrobes for our bedroom was helpful and professional.
The surveyor who came out was again exceptional in his duty to detail.
Finally I cannot fault the fitter Damon Clark who worked long hours, Studiously without stopping for lunch and would only accept one hot drink each each day.
The end result was two beautifully fitted wardrobes thanks to the care taken by Damon in his workmanship.

Kieran Salmon fitted our bespoke wardrobes. He was friendly, reliable and a very talented joiner. Curves in ceiling were difficult, but Kieran managed to complete the wardrobe. He listened to my concerns and adapted the shelf accordingly making them look perfect. Would highly recommend him. I will use sharps in future.

Representative came to visit and then tried to persuade us away from our design. He promised to come back to us that evening or possibly the next day with a quote, but we have never heard from him since. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Luke Denning was an excellent fitter - he fitted our wardrobes to a very high standard, was friendly and kept us informed as to his progress throughout.

Luke Burrows fitted our office furniture and did a fantastic job. He was really friendly and checked in with us throughout, asking about things like shelf heights to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Really pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend him!

Really happy with our new room, and especially with the service from our fitter, Ben Law. What stood out was how well he understood what we wanted from the space — that made it easy to have proper conversations about rail and shelving positions and heights, and about the extra support we needed for the floating desk.
Where a decision needed thinking through, he gave us the time and space to weigh it up properly rather than rushing us, which is a big part of why the finished room fits so well. He also stayed late to get things right, flagged issues early, listened to our decisions, and was patient with us through a few final tweaks. Excellent service!

We are thrilled with our Sharps Wardrobe that was installed in downstairs bedroom/study. Sharps Team were outstanding from the initial choosing of the design/quoting to the surveying & the fitting of the finished product. As well the follow up calls from the Sharps Team. Damon & Kristina’s work was outstanding with fitting the wardrobe. They were such a delight & never stopped till the job was completed. Fantastic teamwork. Workmanship A1. Our media unit has surpassed our expectations…….eventually!
The reason I have given 5 stars is because the customer service team have been great and our installer was amazing, his attention to detail is second to none.

Where Sharps fell short for us was with the manufacturing quality of one shelf out of 20! The fourth shelf finally arrived and has been installed. We still do not understand how 19 shelves are perfect and that it was such a struggle to achieve an acceptable standard for the final shelf. Out of the 4 we had delivered 2 had the holes in the wrong place and the third was damaged, but we got there in the end!

Alfie was friendly, professional and very tidy. The finished bookcase was perfect. Great job.

Jack was great, explained everything as he went and any alterations that were needed during the installation it wasn’t too much for him.

After a job was left unfinished by another fitter, Jack stepped in and finished the job to a very high standard, AND over a Saturday/Sunday to ensure everything was finished on time. Really nice guy and a very good asset to Sharps. Fantastic service, high quality and absolutely happy to recommend!

We are very dissapointed with the service we have received. A lovely gentleman came to our property to show us what was available and readily took a deposit of over £1000 for new wardrobe installation. When the surveyor visited our property yesterday morning he disagreed with the original design completed and changed it. Whilst we could accept the changes we were then horrified to learn that the fitters do not remove any of the original walk in wardrobe and that is a job you expect us to do.

Firstly, we have a newborn baby, both have full time jobs and do not have time to do this never mind the skill or expertise to remove fitted furniture. We also have no means to dispose of huge mirror doors and would need to hire a van. When paying £4000 for a service I would expect that to be included like it has been with every other work we have had completed in our house.

We were then told we had to flip the bed on its side before they would consider installing the wardrobe. Our bed cost £3000 and is super king, its heavy and I am uncomfortable to tip it on its side and potentially damage it. We also have a cot in the room, I am not risking damage to anything for our newborn baby. We have also been asked to remove the carpet for us to reinstall afterwards. Again, there is a large expectation for us to do the majority of the work which is completely unacceptable.

This all should have been explained to us before we were encouraged to pay a huge deposit.

Sharps than do not reply or care that we have cancelled the order and we are still waiting for a refund!

Our new bedroom furniture has been fitted to a high standard by Danny Hilton in 3 days as opposed to the projected 4 days. Danny was very helpful with useful suggestions and arranged to swap a cabinet which was too big for the next size down. Danny was friendly, arrived on time, answered all my questions and cleaned up each evening. He worked really hard to get the job completed before the weekend so that we could move back in.
All waste is neatly stacked up outside awaiting collection.
The whole process, design, delivery and fitting has been well managed and communication with the customer is excellent.

I had some wardrobes and a media wall fitted by Kevin Thornley and he did a very professional job. He was punctual and left my house very clean and tidy. I am very happy with my Sharps furniture

All went smoothly regarding delivery of furniture. An unforeseen issue with start date which concerned me but was rectified by SHARPS and they found a fitter to start the day after. The fitter - Paul Goodchild was prompt each day. Cleaned up the room at the end of each day! I had a few questions as the work progressed, which Paul answered and spoke to SHARPS on my behalf. Paul did a SUPERB job despite having to deal with a slightly uneven floor - thats old houses for you! I am very happy with the finished product and the attention to detail. Time was taken by Paul when all fitted, to clean it all perfectly ready for all my stuff to go back in the room.
