Our experience with Sharps was brilliant right from the start. The design, delivery and fitting couldn’t have been more professional and organised. We were informed at every stage of the process and everything went as planned. The wardrobe looks great and was fitted brilliantly by Jake McNamara who went above and beyond and made the whole experience a joy. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Sharps, and a big thank you to Jake.

Really professional and friendly. Work is done to an exceptional standard, really pleased.Luke made sure the room was tidy before he left each day, once job was completed carried rubbish outside and left in a tidy pile. The wardrobes look and feel fantastic.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, polite and always kept up to date with progress and timeframes. Our daughter’s wardrobes were fitted by Nigel, who was 100% in all aspects and we really couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Dealing with Sharps has been an excellent experience from Robert Fearne the salesman to the surveyor to our installer Kevin Thorley .Kevin has done an excellent job of fitting 2 bedrooms for us with so much consideration for any inconvenience to us and also very helpful if we struggled as a retired couple .We highly recommend this company and so lucky to have Kevin as our installer.Love our two bedrooms !

Our new fitted Sharps wardrobe looks fantastic not the easiest installation as one side sloping but the design by the sales and the chap who done final measurements made the very best use of space. Even down to the delivery people very careful and double checked everything there. Then the fitter Jimmy Pirie done a great job, the miter’s round skirting and coving where done to perfection. Can’t thank everyone involved enough, Well Done.

I was highly impressed with the workmanship and skills demonstrated by the fitter who installed our new bedroom wardrobes. I believe his name was Valerii Kironaki, and the quality of his work is a testament to Sharps' excellent customer service . The service was exceptional, from the design phase through to installation. The quality of the materials used is first-class, and I am particularly impressed with the craftsmanship of the Sharp's wardrobes and the skill of their fitter. I would highly recommend them to friends and family..

From beginning to end the whole procedure of fitting my new wardrobe ran very smoothly. Julian kept me informed of where he was up to each step of the way. I am very happy with the quality of the wardrobe and I was extremely happy when I saw it finished. It looks even better than I expected. I highly recommend Sharps, and Julian, the fitter, too.

Sharps have been efficient and personel friendly and approachable. Timings have been adhered to as planned. The fitter Mark Trick was excellent. He overcame the problems with the property expertly and without complaint. (Old cottage with uneven walls and odd slopes in the floors) A pleasant and approachable person and a very hard worker.

The fittings of my wardrobes and sliding cupboards was installed by Jason whiting and what a excellent job highly recommend his workmanship very professional and knowledgeable

Great choice of bedroom furniture. The furniture was delivered early morning by polite and friendly delivery men. Our fitter Neil
Atkinson was outstanding. He was extremely hard working,professional and the finished work was first class. We are very pleased with our bedroom.

Our joiner Mike Turner was on time organised polite and a very highly experienced joiner. He just got on with the job that he was there to do.
The drawers were fitted perfectly and tidied up spotlessly after.
I’d recommend sharps to anyone.

I recently had bedroom furniture fitted by IAN THATCHER for Sharps. He was a hard worker and his work was of a very high standard. He was also very professional,friendly and extremely tidy.
I couldn’t be happier with his work and my lovely new bedroom furniture!

The fitter was excellent

I have just spent £20,000 on two combined projects, and am hugely disappointed. The project that was supposed to take two days, has so far taken five and is still not complete. I warned Sharps on the third day this appeared to be a problem. They sent another installer on the Friday but a wardrobe has still not been built. I explained I had blocked out a week for the fitting and it had to be finished by the following week because our shipping container was arriving. All the area manager kept saying was that he couldn't do that. Mistakes have been made and he said they would fix them. And we are still waiting for a missing panel to be delivered. Someone from Sharps pencilled in today and a day next week for work to be completed. A week later, nothing. I have reached out to all four contacts by phone but nobody is answering.

Update: In response to Eleanor's reply, someone did reach out to me and confirmed a fitter would attend on 8 September. But today I received an email with a different date. This service is getting worse.

Very happy with the end result.
Odd issues during the build.
But, these were overcome by the fitter Chris Weeks.
He was very helpful and professional.

Nicolae Vesterli was an excellent installer. We were impressed with his work and attention to detail, making sure we were happy with the two rooms he installed. Very punctual, pleasant, finished in good time and left the place looking impeccable. Regarding the design, we were very happy with Sharps’ flexibility in accommodating our design choices. Highly recommend.

All the staff were friendly the fitter Matthew Acott was first class clean and tidy
Bit disapointed with the finish in a few places hopefully they will get resolved

An amazing carpenter/fitter did an excellent job on our walk-in wardrobe. He was friendly but dedicated to the job he did. Sharps are truly good at what they do. Would definitely use them again. They gave us a quality product.

We are very pleased with the end results with the wardrobes, they look great.
The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. Our carpenter, Sandris Taukulis, is a real craftsman who obviously takes a great deal of pride in his work. Highly recommended!
