Had to pay an extra £40 as Seymayka did not advise that the product was being imported and I would be liable for the taxes. Had the same product delivered by The Double F who covered the taxes for the same price.

Perfect and arrived fast. Thankyou

I tried to return the item, very hard to communicate with any one from website no body sent me return instructions!!!! size of the items to small!!!

The product was as advertised
the price was great and it arrived very quickly. I'm happy with my purchase.

Ordered a beg in August 2023 to be delivered within 7 days. October 2023 and I still have not received the product. I sent them many emails requesting refund and they continue to ignore my request. Stay away.

Stay away from this website!!! They are a scam, no address, no phone number, your emails will be ignored. I purchased dolce gabbana sneakers with “express” shipping that arrived 2 weeks after my purchase date, only to find out that they send me size 45 instead of 42,5. Gets better the shoe size inside of the sole says 8.5 but measures 12,5 inches (32cm). Not matching any size charts. After sending multiple pictures to customer service asking for return shipping label they stopped unswerving my emails. Should be reported and banned!!!

I got everything the same like i saw on the website & on time..

Would was delivered quickly and without complaint. Thank you very much..great price too 🙂👌

Great customer service, they were able to ultimately resolve an ongoing issue that I was having. Will continue doing business with them.

First time ordering from this site. I bought Prada brown suede booties. They came brand new in their original box. They arrived within a week. Prices are more affordable than other sites. Will be ordering from here again!

I have not received my item and no response

Received different shoes not what I ordered now have to chase them up for a return and get a refund I really hope they do refund my delivery charges it was their fault sending wrong shoes, so far no reply to my email?

The process was fast and the item was well packaged. Shipping was fast as well! The item was in perfect condition too.

Waited a bit they finally arrived on 6-8-23 Thursday and they are toooo big. Sending them back for a refund. Thanks
