Great customer service
Fortunately I did not have any problems on my trip so did not need to file a claim. I can only say my experience with the agent was very easy and he explained in great detail about pre-existing conditions and how they are covered. He had me get a note from my doctor verifying that I was healthy to travel. Just my word is not sufficient so I followed his instructions so I would not have any problems if anything had happened. The pricing was competitive and this company was recommended to me by a friend.

Didn’t collect but smooth, courteous process
Fortunately, we had an uneventful vacation and did not need to use our insurance. But the pre-vacation explanations of the policies was very good and getting the process started was smooth. Seven Corners also sent occasional helpful reminders.

I submitted all the requested information on September 15, but by September 16, my case had already been closed and marked as unsuccessful.
What I don’t understand is that, even after the case was closed, I was still asked to provide additional information. I submitted the additional information you requested, but it appears that it was never reviewed because my case had already been closed.
