The company refuses to approve valid claims.

Our baggage was delayed 5 days on our flight home. When contacted, Seven Corners refused to offer us the up to $600 coverage we paid for for any Baggage Delay. This is unacceptable in every way. A very poor customer expereience.

It has been very difficult to work with your software to file a claim. Now a month after a visit to a doctor, I’m still trying to complete the claim. In addition to the software issue, the requirement for various documentation seems a bit onerous. Some of the documents require me to go back to the airline who intern has additional requirements to supply the document required.

The bottom line is it cost me $400 for the policy and I’m still trying to recover $150 in expenses incurred.

I am truly impressed with the speed and accuracy with which my claim was handled.
During my trip, I called the insurance company with questions about a possible trip interruption claim. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful agent who immediately sent me an email with detailed instructions on how to submit my claim.
After I submitted all the required documentation, my claim was processed and paid within just a few days.
I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and would certainly choose this insurance company again for my future travels.

I had not purchased insurance for a long while, and so i depended on him for the most current information and for his clarity in interpreting the policy terms.

Online ordering was a breeze. Coverage seemed adequate. Prices seem to keep going up. Honestly, if they rise much more, we'll probably consider not purchasing for our next trip. We've always used Seven Corners and they've been fantastic. Highly recommended!

Claim still not resolved. No communication as to status. Delay is 4 weeks. And no nothing.

I’ve never used Seven Corners before this trip and didn’t need to submit a claim, so I can’t comment on that part of the experience. Buying the policy was a good experience and the representative I worked with was very responsive.

Sales person was very helpful

For a change, we had no travel issues so we didn't have to contact Seven Corners but it was of course nice to know we had the insurance if anything had happened.
