We found this company not forthcoming in leads
They weren't forthcoming about how many tradies get a particular lead which when coming on board specifically mentioned that it was limited to 3 trades
ONLY per 1 trade lead and being a 3-1
Ratio. This was the main reason why we got on board of there ship but weren't
aware that atleast triple that amount were passed onto for as per 1 lead which we found to be overwhelming especially if your the client wanting a trade completed, yet to have atleast 8-
10 trades bombard us with to many phones calls and texts as it became
harassing.
A really frustrating experience

Billy the pundit rang me a month ago…
Billy the pundit rang me a month ago pitching how great service.com.au was and you’ll get quality leads as they do. I’ve already been with other providers and know the kind of leads generated. Billy emailed me the info pack and with out telling registered my email for the leads which I never approved of because my reply was “I’m not interested” 3/7 . 9/7 I asked again to be removed but no, they kept on and I keep getting useless leads that do not interest me. I sent Billy another email today advising if I get any more email, I’ll be filling it with ACMA so that service will really feel the impact of there negligence.

EXCELLENT JOB …
Our hot water system burst and I needed the replacement of hot water unit urgently. I contacted Ryan from Statement Plumbing and Metal Roofing through Service. com. Ryan made time on a very busy day to supply and install a new Rinnai hot water system for me. The new hot water unit was fully installed and running in couple of hours.
Ryan explained everything clearly before starting the job. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very reliable and honest young man. He also gave me a good price and did a fantastic job.
From the initial enquiry, to the prompt service, can’t thank and recommend Ryan enough.
