Only a few weeks of letter sending were possible, which significantly hampers the potential for achieving optimal results. For the tool to work effectively, it requires regular engagement and consistent use of the resources provided, including the weekly updates of potential opportunities.

It's also important to stress that the efficacy of our platform depends heavily on how it is used. We supply fresh data each week that can generate substantial leads if utilized correctly. Regarding your desire to cancel the service, we understand your frustration. Our contracts are designed to commit both parties to a mutual agreement over a specified period, which supports sustained use of the service for it to be effective. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Have been using this company they are charging me £286 a month plus £60 for letter I have sent out over 2000 letters in a year and have had 2 phone calls both of which wanted cheap jobs and wasn't interested is paying for something they wanted. have had more phone calls asking why I am sending letters to people than inquiring for a job to get done.
Either way this is a scam you cannot call them up only they can call you.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!

They are undoubtablely the biggest scammers I have ever come across ,I paid money for absolutely nothing , promises buying stamps to post letters to potential customers it’s all a rip off infact you are actuall better of going on the govt portal and looking up the planning applications by yourself ,
I paid thee instalments to theese crooks ,
And honestly I don’t care a bout liable for my use of the word ,
I’m 65 now in July I retire , I have no business
I’m on universal credit now
But theese people are taking me to court now
For the fact that I cancelled my bank card to stop them robing my money it wasn’t even a direct debit ,
Their platform is absolutly useless ,
I did get one call actually an old man from Ilford asking me why I sent him a letter ,
As he had no planning application in

SCAMMERS!!!

They promised results within 3 months, but we sent over 200 emails to clients and received no responses. Then, employees Steve Meed and Libby Jarman talk about a contract they made up with no way out. They are scammers, everything was planned in advance, even your online account has no unsubscribe button. Any company conducting honest business gives customers the right to choose and unsubscribe, but the scammers at Seratech have thought of everything. They will face court and compensation for all. Many people have been harmed, and they will be held accountable for everything by law.

Search Tech is a complete waste of time and money. I signed a contract with them and have not received a single lead in nearly a year. They constantly hound me for payment but do not deliver on their promise of generating leads. It seems that the few positive reviews out there are likely written by employees of the company. Save your money and look elsewhere, as Search Tech is nothing but a scam.

Absolute SCAM!!!!

Useless service, I have paid over 5k over the past year and I haven’t received not 1 lead! Not 1!!!
I called them in November to cancel the subscription but was told that they would pull
Out all the stops to make sure we started to receive leads even though we hadn’t received any since January so nearly a year, now I understand why they had us stay until Jan so they can try and set you up for another year of doing absolutely nothing by keeping you in there dodgy contract, luckily i cancelled within the 14 days or I would of been tied in for another year, they then even though you have cancelled, still take 8 weeks of money off you, this is a disgusting company, they promise you the world and deliver absolutely nothing! It’s daylight robbery! Avoid at all costs

In March 2024, we received your email requesting to cancel your subscription. However, we must clarify that prior to this, we have no record of any attempts to reach out to us via calls or emails regarding cancellation or any other issues from August onwards, either to our main support or to specific team members' inboxes.

We understand the importance of clear communication and ease of use for our customers, including the process to cancel services. As such, we have already taken the step to cancel your account, respecting your decision. It’s crucial for us to stress that to truly benefit from what Serac Tech offers, active engagement with the platform is key. Our services are designed to significantly ease the process of lead generation and outreach, but success largely depends on consistent use and application of the tools we provide.

We are committed to improving our services, including making the cancellation process as straightforward as possible for our clients.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS!!

BIGGEST SCAMMERS!!! Be careful with this company. They will sign you up for the service that is absolutely useless. they will make you too sign contract with a lot of lies and then if you don't pay they will forward your details to CCJ and you will be receiving crazy amount of of money to pay. My name is Davit and I am one of the victims of their scam and I will use all my resources to stop this scammers to scam innocent people. I will take this scammers to the court and everyone who will deal with this scammers will have to wast their time and money to do the same.

Upon reviewing your account, we understand there have been several interactions that have led to the current situation. It's important to note that during the year you utilised our platform, our records show you successfully sent out 2,745 letters and informed us about the projects you won as a result of using our service. However, we also understand there were issues with payment for the services rendered, which unfortunately led us to involve our debt collection services as per our standard protocol.

We deeply regret that matters escalated to the extent that law enforcement had to be involved due to threats after a County Court Judgment (CCJ) was filed. For the safety and well-being of both our staff and clients, we had no choice but to cease all direct contact.

We acknowledge there were challenges during your onboarding process, for which we sincerely apologise. We aim to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all our clients, and it’s clear we fell short in your case.

Given the circumstances, and while we disagree with the characterisation of our service as a scam, we are committed to learning from this experience. Our team is always here to support our clients, and we regret that we're unable to continue our direct engagement under these circumstances.
