Worst company ever do not fall into their trap they will tell you it’s 298 a month and won’t tell you it’s annual and they will enroll you on their annual package and when you tell them you want to cancel they don’t let you cancel I had 3 of my cousins who are also builders that nearly fell into their trap but I stopped them

Hello, thanks for your reply. I ask again, how much time will you work for me if I pay you £3000 a year? This is a retorical question as I already know the answer so do not need a response this time. The answer is none. You will work on the software for your company, and expect me to use the software to increase efficiency in my company. So this company writes, maintains and sells, software, and will help customers use it, that is all. Having looked at your company's information on gov.uk I am not surprised to find you have very suspect information on there. Company name changes, very low income and employee records. This company does very very little work for anyone from what I can find about them. I urge caution. Please do alot of research before using them. A fair amount of work for a fair amount of pay is what I expect from anyone I pay to do a job. From what I can see this is a large fee, for doing very little, which I wouldn't accept from any worker I pay.

Avoid this company at all costs, its a scam. You can get all the planning application information they provide straight from the local authority, without cost. Read the small print they lock you into 12 month contract with auto renewal, beware!! You have to give 30 days notice before the end of the contract to cancel or you'll get locked in for another 2 months, its a business to business contract.
My first relationship manager left the company 1 month into my contract the second left 4 months later, I've had no communication from Seratech since. The letter my relationship managers produced was lifted from my website, nothing original.
They offer nothing that you cant do yourself, I naively thought they would offer me a professional service, they don't. What I do now is obtain the same information of planning applications in your local area and send/post the letters yourself, without paying Seratech 3k per year.

We’ve designed our platform to be intuitive, yet support is always available for any questions on best practices or campaign strategies. Should you have contacted us for support, we would have been happy to assist you.
We recognise that transitions in our Customer Success team may have caused some inconvenience, and we apologise for any impact this had. However, our records show that our team made several outreach attempts without receiving a response, limiting our ability to provide proactive assistance. Additionally, regarding your concerns about the letter content, our process requires customers to provide information we can use to write the content of each letter, that must be relevant to their business. We also require customer approval before proceeding to use the letter, and to complete the onboarding process, to ensure that all content aligns with your vision.
Finally, per the contract terms you signed, the subscription is set to auto-renew unless notice of cancellation is provided one month prior to the renewal date. We signed up to this company in good faith, They sold us a complete lie.
We were told they would generate letters which would in turn generate work for our company.
We paid the 1st instalment of over £500 but didn’t receive any letter so we refused to make further payments.
They then took the legal route and we are now left with a bill of over £2k.
They’ve NEVER provided any kind of service to us so have effectively STOLEN THIS MONEY from us.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US!!!!

Our records show that you signed up for our service in September 2023, and we provided you with all agreed services, including onboarding and creating a marketing letter for your company. The letter was approved by you and added to your profile at the beginning of October. However, we were unable to send these letters because you did not complete the required step of adding credit to your Stannp profile, despite several unanswered follow-ups from our team about this.
As per the contract you signed, which you can review, full payment for the service is still due regardless of the fact that we could not complete the mailing due to this issue on your end. When you decided to stop payments, we took necessary legal steps to recover the overdue amount.

This is why they’ve removed their google reviews. Great sales team and even better debt collecting team £2000 for nothing not 1 lead. Basic data company with good salesmen and fake reviews.

The purpose is to streamline a task that is otherwise manual and time-consuming. The system relies on user engagement to generate results.
Platform Usage: Unfortunately, it appears that you did not fully utilise the platform as intended. Our records indicate that no letters were sent from your account. Without using the service, it is impossible for the platform to generate any leads, as leads are a direct result of your engagement with the system. Our support team made repeated attempts to help you to do this, but these efforts were not taken up, as noted by your lack of response to our communication and offers of refresher calls throughout January, February, and March.
Contractual Obligations: Per the contract, the subscription is for a 12-month period, with the total annual fee payable over monthly installments. The contract is not contingent on your usage of the platform but rather provides you with the tools and access necessary for you to generate leads. Had an issue with applications from my local council at first which wasn’t ideal, but that's been sorted now and we got given an extra council free while they fixed it. I think they said the developers had to implement a specific update just for this council and it was dealt with quickly and I was kept updated which I appreciated. Thanks!

In your specific case, our email correspondence, which followed the demo, explicitly stated that all our plans operate on an annual basis and outlined the pricing structure accordingly. This email was sent prior to your decision to proceed with payment.
Additionally, the subscription agreement, which you reviewed and digitally signed on 4th September, also clearly states that the contract is for a 12-month term without an option for early cancellation. This is in line with our policy, which ensures a consistent approach for all clients and is designed to offer transparency from the outset.
We understand your frustration regarding the inability to cancel within 24 hours, but per the contract terms, cancellation is intended to apply only to renewals, not the initial term. As such, debt recovery procedures were initiated to collect payments owed under the binding agreement that was signed.

Company is a joke
Company is a joke, small print contract that auto renews without notice, despite being sold on a 12 month contract, now we are stuck for another year of no results (plus 2 months because they are money grabbing). Please I urge everyone to avoid. We have pleaded with them to stop our contract as like many we under financial duress and all they do is suggest reviewing our letters after 16months of nothing.
