I asked for the tracking code of my order, they replied with an email saying they would check instead of sending the code, and never responded again. A simple question without an answer.

I ordered the necklace from the photograph presented on line by Seola in the 13th February. It arrived in good time for my birthday,was packaged well & I was excited to see it. Sadly, the chain was nothing like the one advertised, it was very very fine and lost against my skin. I messaged & explained, I was asked to send a photo which I did and I asked if I could exchange for the silver one. I received no response & I think I'm just going to give it to my niece for her birthday. Very disappointed, from now on I will only buy jewelry from a high street where I can see it first and know what I'm buying...
