The stress ball i brought from here broke the first day i used it, however they refunded me as soon as I emailed about this issue.

Well made and sturdy toys, great value for money

Had a issue at first something missing out of parcel sent email to c7stomer services and it was dealt with quickly and professionally now have missing item

Looked like picture on web and he was so happy with it the smile on his face was huge.

Arrived quickly....Good colourful cube...hopefully my grandson will like it.

Lovely products - excellent service

I bought a textured light up ball as well as sensory wands. The wands work well but the light up ball stopped lighting up after less than 24 hours of intermittent use. I'm very disappointed. The hassle of returning the ball and potentially getting a refund is more than the ball is worth. So I am stuck with a light up ball that doesn't light up!

Expensive and not of great quality. These toys are for special needs kids and felt like been ripped for the product.

I ordered a bunch of things a while ago and the parcel company tried to deliver but it was not successful. Tried to bring it up with the company by calling but they are not answering the phone, and have not been replying to emails. I have not been informed if they will redeliver or if they are refunding us and this has meant stalling our care package programme. Very disappointing!

Really happy with quality and my son loves the products

They have been nothing but helpful while my parcel was delayed, they kept in touch and even tried to find out why it was delayed.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet but the staff have been great.

LED sensory globe. Works well, great for inside sensory den. Arrived next day, even though I chose 2-5 days delivery.

Paid for next working day delivery.... this did not materialise. Packaging was substandard. 1 item was advertised as a collection of 3. Again this did not materialise. Over priced tat.
