It took a long time to find a dining…
It took a long time to find a dining room sideboard we both liked the look of. Thankfully when the unit arrived it looked just as good as in the online photos. We took advantage of having the unit assembled before delivery which made our lives a lot easier! The unit was delivered when expected and with care.

Customer service needs improvement
Our order was delayed for months and the most frustrating part is they failed to keep us updated. I kept emailing or calling and was given false expectations that were frequently not met. In the end they got the message and kept apologising but I hope they improve their customer communication. Delays happen but you should keep me updated not force me to keep chasing.
We also paid extra to have the product built, when it got delivered they were unable to place in room on first floor. Driver said we should have been asked which floor but that never happened. If your going to sell a service to have that product delivered think about where the customer will want the product located. With flat pack you can move the parts up and construct but once it's assembled it's awkward and very heavy to move.
Whilst the product is as expected there were too many operational issues for me to recommend them, hopefully they improve.

We apologise for not confirming the delivery location in advance. Our team should have asked about floor placement before assembling the product, and we’re revising our process to ensure this is mandatory for all future orders.
While we’re glad the product itself met your expectations, we completely understand why the operational issues have left you unable to recommend us. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re using it to overhaul our training, communication, and delivery planning.

Avoid! I ordered a bed in march and was told it would take around 2 weeks for delivery, it's now the 28th of MAY and still don't have a delivery date. I've tried to email and call but no reply and they don't answer the phone. I've never had to deal with such an incompetent company.

This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we’ve terminated our partnership with them as a result.
To resolve this, we’ve processed a full refund for your payment, as discussed previously. We deeply regret the frustration this has caused and are implementing stricter supplier vetting to prevent such issues in the future.

The tv stand is amazing comes assembled. The driver brought it in and placed it exactly where I wanted. Put the tv back on the stand. The quality is great, good gloss finish. The reason I gave it a 4 star is only that I had to call them for an update otherwise this is a great tv stand

What a service. We ordered the furniture and Sebastian travelled all the way from Huntingdon to south Wales. Not only did he deliver it all on his own, but he also set everything up for us. Superb service and a great guy. Would certainly recommend.

Very good service. Communication was fluid I was informed where we were in terms of the delivery, and the day of the delivery the it was smoothly done getting the furniture assembled and I got helped hanging some items. All the furniture pieces were as advertised.

We would definitely recommend Sena Furniture. The chest-of-drawers which we ordered was carefully with everything we need to set it. The setting took us 40 minutes and it was super easy. I, personally, love the colour which perfectly fit in with the design and colour palette of our room.
The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was waiting time. We were waiting for 2 months, however it was definitely worth it!
I appreciate Sena customer support team, they answered of my texts on WhatsApp and via emails.
