Could be better
I bought a tv unit that stated 3-6 weeks for delivery. It took almost 2 months to arrive. Unheard of these days for flat pack furniture. No communication whatsoever in the meantime, I had to contact them.
Before ordering I needed some more info on measurements to make sure my av equipment would fit. It took at least a week to get the info, backwards and forwards via their sales email with someone who didn't seem bothered and somewhat irritated at my pre-sales questions. At one point didn't bother answering at all so I had to repeat my question via email. Do they want to sell anything or not? So much for their boasts of excellent customer service.
When it finally arrived via DHL, they delivered 2 boxes out of 3 and refused to even put a step into my hallway to push the extremely heavy boxes less than one foot leaving my poor, elderly, disabled mum to shift them which left her in absolute agony she was almost in tears with the pain. The next day DHL, same delivery man as the day before arrived with the last box which was even larger and heavier than the other two. However, somehow he decided he was suddenly allowed to step inside today and place the box down!
As for the unit itself, there were a couple of small chips out, nothing major and mostly hidden. The LED lights unusable as its a 2 pin plug, not that I was going to use them anyway. The doors are quite gappy, nothing like the picture which showed a close fit. The doors are not slow closing like the description stated either. The hole at the back for wires to go through was so tiny you'd barely get 1 wire through let alone 3 HDMI cables, multiple speaker wires and a plug from my amp. It had to be enlarged massively.
Also the way the pieces were packaged was idiotic, as the cupboard doors were facing each other so the gloss finish was stuck together so firmly it took major effort to get them apart. A piece of tissue paper between them would have made more sense to protect them.
Overall, it looks fairly nice now it's together. I'd have preferred it to be a brighter white though, it's slightly off white. It's better than what I had before but would I buy from this company again? Probably not.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the store and customer service, but unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the quality of the cabinet.
Starting with the positives – the customer service was excellent. The delivery was unexpectedly fast, and we received all the necessary tracking numbers, which made the process very smooth. In this regard, the service was absolutely great!
However, the cabinet itself leaves much to be desired. The quality is quite poor – the drawer bottoms are made of very thin chipboard that bends under even a small amount of weight. Additionally, there are scratches and imperfections on both the metal and wooden parts. What’s more, there is no middle support beam, which makes me worried that over time, the cabinet might slightly deform under its own weight.
Overall – the store and service deserve 5⭐, but unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality.

Luna large lounge unit
Luna large lounge unit. Excellent quality and value for money. Brilliant service from Sebastian arranging delivery etc. Tracking app meant we could plan our day around due time. The 2 personable installers- Albert and sorry name of other has slipped my mind brought unit from van into lounge easily and fuss free. Brackets/doors etc fitted by them in situ. Would positively recommend.

Quality products with excellent assembly and delivery customer service
Ordered an Italian sideboard with internal lighting. I also opted for the assembly option.
Notice was given that there was a delay in supply from the manufacturer a couple of weeks after ordering, it was good to be told this early in the process. As we wanted this specific unit we chose to wait. When the item arrived it seems they didn’t know much in advance - to nit pick I’d say this is the one area that could be improved but assembly and delivery took place shortly after the item arrived.
Delivery and assembly was absolutely superb. The until was installed exactly where requested and the care taken was top notch. I would recommend the assembly option and the company overall for their level of customer service.

Quality Control Issues Led to Extra Work
One of the holes in the metal part wasn’t properly drilled and threaded. As a result, I had to spend 45 minutes drilling it myself. If you don’t have the right skills, I wouldn’t recommend this product—you wait a long time for delivery, only to potentially get stuck during assembly because some factory workers didn’t ensure all the holes were correctly manufactured.
