I corresponded with Robert Vernon who was very helpful and responsive to my requests. It’s a pleasure to deal with SEFE who supply the gas for heating our huge Church here in Wrexham. I have always found the company a very helpful and concerned for their customers requirements.

Imran Ditta in credit control has been brilliant in sorting out the issue with our business electricity account. After numerous calls and emails to his other colleagues, Imran was the only person to clarify everything and sort it out quickly.

Anna in Credit Control has been dealing with my query, although its not yet been resolved Anna has done everything she can to help and also got other departments involved.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs!
Bought a house with this supplier. Standing charge only £2 per day.
Had to call to get a final invoice. Later received mail, postmarked 2 days earlier, threatening legal action!
They conveniently forgot to issue an invoice in the first place.
