Team arrived to take patient to Nursing home, Patient didn't want to leave, Team was absolutely brilliant they were, Kind, Respectful and didn't rush patient at all, Nick one of the team was reported by staff to be exceptionally good with his communication skills and how he interacted with the patients using his Skill and Knowledge, but all the team were brilliant. Patient was transferred to Nursing home incident free.

Good service at very short notice

Although, I left the company a long time ago I’ll never forget them. They scarred me for life.

They lied on my references and accused me for things I haven’t done. I had to prove to the job I applied to afterwards that what ESCS claimed were all lies, and fortunately I managed to, I had more than enough evidence. I had depression for 5months. I was left my last month unpaid. I had to go to another town for work and they didn’t pay for travel expenses. In my current company my job is 10min away and they pay for travel expenses/mileage+hotels. I have never came across such a cheap company.

I then found out that a lot of workers leaving the company took them to court and won their case. I was also told by some of them afterwards that the company lied on many of their references. They either said that, that worker was dismissed or threatened them with their cases being under investigation.

The management was very, very poor and unprofessional. Zoe Chivers, was unfortunately, my manager and was useless, unprofessional and naive. I got attacked by an SU and had to go to the A&E. Zoe didn’t ask how I was or what were the complications. On the meeting I had with a senior, also, useless and liar, Zoe had no idea of what the outcome was. I chased her many times and Zoe and senior ignored me. I believe I still have the emails.

If people want to recruit ESCS for their families I suggest you take a look on indeed. Staff reviewed the company. I would like to add that there are many companies places much better that ESCS. Remember, how a company treats its staff, staff will give that back to their customers/clients.

Unfortunately, have never been appreciated or respected.

Since, them I know what to not look in a company. If you are a worker please apply somewhere else. If you want support with your family, please seek support from another company.

Super easy to book, the lady on the phone was so nice and the two men who came to collect where brilliant; chatty friendly and professional.

As always staff are very professional and friendly. Approach the patient with friendliness and compassion enabling the patient to feel in safe hands.

Excellent, professional service. Coordinator managed to arrange staff in shorter timescale than initially thought she could, provided a timescale for arrival of the team which was met with with them confirming time of arrival, met exactly.
Ensured that a crisis facility in a hospital was emptied and patient transferred to the appropriate ward in good time.
