Über Secret Bottle Shop
Vom Unternehmen geschrieben
We are an independent Wine & Spirits Business based in Herefordshire with a small, but select, team all of whom have a keen interest in all things Wines, Champagnes and Spirits.
We offer unique and exclusive products that suit everyone and everything. Whether it’s the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc you open when you get home from work or the award-winning Champagne you share on your wedding day – every single day can be made special and our aim is to provide the means to help you realise that.
As one of the UK’s top independent wine merchants we are constantly updating our portfolio, always on the lookout for something a little different that may not be available elsewhere and we have become expert in sourcing quality, unique and rare products - often directly from the suppliers. Time, interest and extensive research (and, of course, sampling) has led us to create a collection that has no end in sight.

Fantastic service.
Fantastic service.
Ordered a personalised bottle of Bollinger on Monday evening, Tuesday morning spoke to Benjamin re the layout, Wednesday afternoon received completed order which was absolutely fantastic.
Have previously ordered 2 similar items which went straight to the recipients who were really thrilled.
Simply a superb present and will definitely use again.
Thank you
Ann

Really lovely to hear this, thank you Ann.
That turnaround from Monday evening to Wednesday afternoon is exactly what we aim for with personalised gifts, so it is great to know everything moved quickly and the final result felt right once you had spoken with Benjamin about the layout.
Even better to hear this is not your first order and that the previous bottles were so well received by the recipients. That is exactly what we hope for with something like personalised Bollinger, where it is as much about the moment it creates as the bottle itself.
Really appreciate your continued support and we look forward to helping with the next special occasion.

Great service, my favourite difficult to find rum at the best price
The SBS stock my favourite and difficult to find in the UK rum (and at the best price!). Quick delivery, well packaged. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Really good to hear you found that rum here, especially as it is one of those bottles that can be tricky to track down in the UK.
We are glad the price and availability worked in your favour, and that it arrived quickly and well protected. We know how important it is with harder-to-find spirits that everything feels straightforward once you have managed to get hold of them.

Great prices, delivered fast!
Ordered some harder to find Bourbons from these guys, a Stagg Jr and an E.H. Taylor, both were very reasonably priced, delivered very quickly and packaged very safely, couldn't be more pleased.

Really good to hear you managed to get hold of both the Stagg Jr and E.H. Taylor, they are not easy bottles to find over here and it is great to know you felt the pricing was fair.
We are also pleased everything arrived quickly and safely. With more sought after spirits like those, we put a lot of care into the packaging so they reach you in perfect condition.
Great Customer Service
I ordered a gift for my partner’s birthday and when it arrived the box was damaged, I contacted customer service and they sent out a new box next day delivery - can’t fault that really! Will definitely order from them again!

Sorry to hear the original box arrived damaged, but really glad the team could get that sorted quickly for you.
For a birthday gift especially, presentation matters just as much as what’s inside, so I am pleased customer service were able to turn it around with a replacement box on next day delivery.
Appreciate you still giving us another try in the future, and we will make sure your next order arrives in perfect condition from the start.
Great service
We finally managed to source this wine online and at a good price. Efficient service and speedy delivery. Thank you 😊

Great to know the price worked for you as well and that the whole process from ordering through to delivery felt quick and efficient. We know how satisfying it is when something arrives smoothly after a bit of a hunt.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we hope we can help you find a few more hard-to-source bottles in the future.
I found the secret bottle shop…
I found the secret bottle shop excellent, they had a rare bourbon which no one else had at a very reasonable price for this side of the pond. The ordering process was straightforward , and delivery much quicker than I expected...literally a few days. Happy to recommend a visit online for anyone interested in spirits ( among other things) !!

Really great to hear you tracked down that bourbon through us, especially as rare bottles like that can be hard to come by this side of the pond.
We’re glad the price felt fair and that the ordering process was straightforward for you. It’s also good to hear it arrived much quicker than expected, that’s exactly the kind of turnaround we aim for even when items are a bit more niche.
Appreciate you taking the time to share this and for recommending us, and we hope we can help you uncover a few more interesting bottles next time you’re browsing.
