New mattress
Good experience when we went to buy a new Mattress, went to store and tried out the beds wanted, sales person let us do our own thing then when we picked the mattress she gave us estimated delivery dates, that someone would call with an exact date and time of delivery. New mattress duly arrived driver and helper carried it upstairs and onto the bed. No hassles just the way it should be.

Just a really brilliant service from start to finish. Mattress took almost 3 weeks to be delivered, then we had a trial and unfortunately it was not supportive enough for us so had to be returned. Took another almost 3 weeks to collect but all has run smoothly and cannot fault the no quibble return. Just waiting for the refund now ☺️

High Price, Low Comfort – Waiting for Sealy to Address…
I spent £2,499.99 on the 180CM Matt Bronte CR Medium White Super King mattress, expecting the high quality Sealy is known for. Instead, I wake up every morning with a sore back. For this price, I find this completely unacceptable. I would like to know how Sealy plans to address this issue, as I expected far better comfort and support. I am awaiting a response and a solution
