The mattress is very well made,you can tell when you sit or lie on it,excellent purchase had a few very good sleeps on it nowadays no more back ache either,I'm so happy

The delivery service was as suggested the evening before. Also able to track the van's journey which was very useful.
The 2 young men were professional and friendly, also taking the old one away was appreciated, plus all the packaging from the new one.

We bought our Sealy mattress at Keens Belfast - it is definitely the best and most comfy mattress we have ever owned ! Although it is a bit more expensive for a Sealy it was worth the expense as in the past the much cheaper mattresses we have bought weren’t that comfortable and just didn’t last - I can honestly say I am now having the best sleep every single night ! The quality is second to none highly recommended. The experienced sales person in the bedding department was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the best one for our needs ! Also the delivery was a good experience the guys were very helpful and friendly and took away all the packing materials. I would expect this mattress to last around 10 years so all in all money well spent.

We have now had our bed for about 6 weeks and it was the best decision we have made regarding sleep management.

We bought the Sealy Orwell bed which we are very happy with. It is very comfortable and easy to turn every 2 weeks which we are doing for the first few months as suggested.
We are both definitely sleeping a lot sounder on this mattress.

Well the service was great and Sealy accommodated me with the delivery date that I wanted.
I already had a Sealy mattress from about 7 years ago and I liked it a lot, but decided to treat myself to a new mattress and ottoman bed and wondered if I was doing the right thing .

Excellent service and currently enjoying mattress

I've had to buy a fairly expensive topper, to have a decent sleep during the night using this mattress. It was a mistake buying this mattress, even though I suffer with constant back pain.It was an expensive mistake.

I bought a Sealy Alston Gel Advantage Pillow Top Mattress from Mattress Online. It arrived two days ago on 25/7/26. Without a doubt, this is the worst mattress I have ever purchased. Prior to this, I had a wool mattress from the Natural Bed Company and had no idea that these gel mattresses absolutely STINK. The mattress is letting off the most disgusting, noxious-smelling, mouldy, funky, earthy and weird smell I have ever smelt on a mattress! It is so bad, I have had a fan and filtration unit in my bedroom trying to improve the air quality. In addition, the mattress is giving me headaches, triggering my allergies (eyes), and making me feel unwell. I have had two nights of really poor sleep. I contacted the customer services both by phone and by email after day one. I have not had a response to my emails, but spoke to someone on the phone. I was told that the mattress smelling like this is 'normal' and it is called 'off- gassing'. I was also told that despite it saying on their website that they have a 100-day trial period in which to return mattresses, I have to wait for 30 days before being able to return the mattress (apparently I should have read the small print). Yet the 100-day trial which is boldly advertised shows no caveat, and therefore, as far as I am concerned is misleading. I can't believe that Sealy produces such a poor-quality mattress. Not only does it smell, it also creaks, feels cheap and unstable and you feel as though you're going to fall off the edge. It is described in the following way on the website: "Experience cosy comfort like no other with the Alston Gel Pillowtop Advantage Mattress by Sealy! Featuring a breathable, pressure-relieving layer of Geltex and a quilted pillow top". This couldn't be further from the truth! I feel that I have been lumbered with a real dud and the prospect of at least a month's worth of headaches, allergies and bad sleep waiting for this crappy mattress to be returned. My recommendation, DON'T buy a Sealy mattress and don't believe what you read about 100-day return policies, clearly 100 days does not begin on day one! A very disappointing experience with Mattress Online. Sealy, you should be ashamed of yourselves for producing this utter crap mattress and lumbering customers with it through your return policies. Do better! I chose you because I thought you were a decent brand!

UPDATE
I have improved the score from 1/5 to 3/5. This is because Sealy has been responsive, see below and because the mattress will be collected this week and a refund issued. That said, I still stand by every word I say about this particular mattress but at least Sealy are acting like a reputable company should! Thank you, I can't wait to get rid of it!!!

Had 4 drawer base and was surprised how high it made the bed seem for me to get on to.

Base and headboard fantastic.
Matress not really as good as expected! Did wander if correct one i chose had been delivered!
Delivery was good and on time.
The 2 chaps were quick and polite.

Exchanged our 4 year old mattress without any problem and the new one is brilliant.

I purchased sealy crosswall orthotics through argos during easter sale which has around with 50% discount. I have recurring sciatica issues and faced issues when the mattress is too hard or top soft. This mattress was best of both worlds where it provided soft feeling on my upper and lower body and provided enough support on by back. I have been using this for nearly 2 months. Even I thought I would be in pain next due to different reasons like long standing sessions or long drive, it never appeared on next days. I am completely satisfied with the brand and will recommend anyone looking for good posturepedic mattresses.

Wonderfully supportive mattress with a firm edge that doesn’t sag when you sit on the edges or roll out of bed. Haven’t slept so well in years. Quick delivery and very professional service getting the superking mattress up awkwardly turning stairs.

My bed is excellent - very comfortable and my sleep pattern has improved dramatically - just excactly what we asked for.
