Extremely Disappointed with Sheldon Davidson Solicitors
I’m very disappointed with the service from Sheldon Davidson Solicitors. The process took far too long, and communication was limited to email — filled with complex legal language that was never explained in plain English.
The medical assessment was rushed and impersonal — I was asked to raise my arms and rate my pain from 1 to 10, with little genuine interest in the ongoing effects of the accident.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the defendant’s insurance company had contacted me directly after the accident and offered a larger payout before I had even spoken to a law firm. If I had accepted that original offer, my car would have been repaired much sooner, and I would have received more compensation.
Instead, this entire process with Sheldon Davidson Solicitors has wasted my time, added stress, and left me worse off. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a firm that genuinely cares about its clients and works in their best interests.
