I'm not sure where I'm at now as I have a PPI claim going forward with them but heard nothing since January?

Illegally obtained my details somehow and demanded a percentage of my tax rebate, which I did not give them. They harassed and threatened me for months.. well after further research I’ve seen that they are facing significant financial challenges (over 5M in debt according to The Law Gazette) and now starting the insolvency process! Another thing worth noting is that the Director of the company, Mr Settle has tried to mislead a judge / court regarding this companies financial position.

This tells you everything you need to know about this company. Complete con artists, clearly trying to defraud the public in a pathetic attempt to save their extremely below average company.

Absolute no contact from them been trying since December to make contact with them as we are in the final stages and awaiting them to get compensation from our housing ...
Can't get through on the phone I've tried every hour on the hour every day ...6+ emails and nothing!!

Now I'm a little concerned as I've just looked up their name on Google at it has come up that they have applied for administration?!

Has anyone had any luck atal please I'm 30 weeks pregnant and just want this all to end 😭😭

They do not take on board all you say ,its like they are in a hurry to complete the case every inch of your case is important and should be approached from every angle even when a case should be heard in court it doesn't get there. My case should go to court so they know everything that my children and I have had to go through

I had a case originally with Fuse Legal in 2022, then they got taken over in 2023 by Sandstone Legal, I had a client portal with Fuse Legal that I can no longer access or have the link to. I had been in regular all throughout this time about updates on my case. Operatives have recently left and when I finally got hold of someone they informed me that they had no case and couldn't find anything for the details I have provided. To be told & challenged as to why I didn't have my case number.

Being that it was all through a portal, and that I was corresponding with people on email who evidentally was ok to give me updates, I assumed that they had my details. Yet no one has ever put a referrence number on the emails to ensure these emails are being allocated to the correct case.

My highest concern here is that I have been corresponding for over 2.5 years with operatives from the original Fuse Legal & then Sandstone. I have provided all email chains dating back to 13/05/2022 and the last email I had from the operative before they left was on 01/07/2024.

They continue to think there is no issue or case and that if I want to take things further formally with the SRA or ICO I would need a referrence number. Yet they're not acknowledging the length of time I have been in correspondence and have provided this evidence.

It seems that others have issues with cases going missing. They now seem to be ignoring my emails, likely because they're at fault and do not have any consideration to the mental impact this has caused me with the stress of worrying about my data.

I would stay away from Sandstone Legal!!

Hi sad to say I would not use this frim .I phone them in May 2023 to make a change to the will.s they have for my wife and I.Have had no one to get in touch at all. IN November we had to ask for the will.s to be sent back. In all that time no one made any effort to contact us

Trying to take me to court for money that isn't owed to Fast Track Reclaims same as all the other issues on here.

They attached themselves to my HMRC account, and after I conducted a self assessment they are claiming I owe them £650. I have recorded calls with HMRC where they have said, fast track is black listed.

FYI HMRC have added a policy that after 2023 "Rendering void assignments of income tax repayments"

Take them to court. - They also share the same office as Fast Track reclaims

Same situation as Lyn. Fast Track reclaim obtained some of my details and attached themselves to my HMRC account. They forged a signature and got personal details wrong. I have my own HMRC account and Fast Track attached themselves without my consent or knowledge. I have asked Sandstone for evidence of a contract between me and Fast Track. They have not as there is not. They refuse to speak to me and I have responded to them in writing via recorded post. They have an employee who looked me up on LinkinDin the day I called. But they refuse to respond to me. I have evidence of this. Fast Track never had a contract with me, and are trying to claim a percentage of my tax refund they have no right to. Neither party communicates and they threaten a county court judgement out of the blue. They have my email, phone and address so they could if they wanted. Stockton and Manchester are the same company.

Sandstone took on my disrepair claim at first I would be contacted via email asking for details and giving me updates, all that stopped. I had to keep calling for updates until one day i was unable to get through on the phone, I emailed and asked for the number several times NOTHING. I just received a payment I my bank from them...... but I haven't settled at a price of compensation and even so the last offer I was given what the put in my bank is not even the right amount. I have tried to email them and my emails are being bounced back. No way to contact them. Would not recommend

This law firm contacted me at the perfect time. They told me they could get the repairs I needed done, the staff I engaged with were polite and knowledgeable and they kept me informed throughout the process. I’m now on the verge of having all the problems in my flat that I’ve been living with for years fixed once and for all.

No communication, debt collector's never received the proposal letter.
They have sent the debts to lawyers.
An update would be good.
I'm thinking of getting out of this scam and reporting them.

I CANNOT Get in touch with them !! Have tried since Tuesday, every single day for hours on end! Now when I ring up the call ends after about 10 seconds. Without ringing. I am concerned because I need to make a payment and I do not want to be penalised. I am 77 years old, having cancer treatment and this is really stressful. Please help me if you can.

If could give no stars i would absolutely abismal customer service 6 and half hours on hold whilst first in line in the waiting queue to actually speak to anybody and still not spoken still on hold AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst Law Firm i have had the displeasure to deal with. Constant emails ignored ,if you have a successful claim payments withheld for Months .Excuses of non payment range from chasing people up ,the person dealing with it is on a Course or Leave .Other excuses for non payment are ,paid into wrong account number or problems with the Bank , or we can not phone accounts they are in a separate Building !" I will send email" again never answered . I would not recommend having anything DONE BY THESE SHYSTERS .And have now ceased trading. No surprise .

If I could give less then 1 star I would because I think this company is a rogue company and needs shutting down

I got in touch with this company after fighting with the council for 11 years about the mould in my house, within 6 months of being in touch with this company the council have agreed and now the work is due to be carried out in October, I could not be any more greatful to finally be able to have a safe liveable home for my children, literally can’t thank this team enough because without them this would of never happened, my only regret is not getting in touch with them earlier

Sandstone Legal Services will hold on to any Compensation Payment, Disrepair Payments etc ,for as long as Possible. Excuses when enquiring when a payment may be paid , varies from a Account mix ups money being paid into the wrong account ! , problems with their Bank ! .Phoning one Office of Sandstone Legal to speak to an Accounts person you are fobbed off with excuses of "We can only email" Because the accounts Team are in a different Office ! (Seemingly no telephone number ) Oh and Claims are only paid on Fridays . My advice do not use this Company .
