Very happy overall

Very easy to reorder medications, supplies etc. kept extremely up to date regarding when prescriptions needing ordering, delivery stages etc. Delivery is always on time in the allocated time slot, drivers are very friendly and helpful.

This is such a helpful company

This is such a helpful company. The staff are so very helpful. My medication always arrives on time. If I need a letter to travel abroad with my medications they are quick to send it to me along with a travel size sharpie bin.

The drivers who deliver medications are also very friendly.

High marks to Sciensus nurses

High marks to Sciensus nurses for their professionalism, their friendliness , their caring and calm approach. I have come to look upon them as friends .
My nurse today , Melissa Morrow , is a perfect example - friendly , caring and totally professional.

Best service

Everytime they on time and I could track delivery on the app. They have polite delivery drivers. If need to call Sciensus their customer service team are very helpful and grateful.

Great customer service

Great customer service. My delivery is always within the time frame issued to me, in fact I am notified when I am the next drop off bythe driver. The app is fabulous in allowing me to track my prescription and my injection sites.

Excellent nursing care

Nursing care is excellent. Highly recommended. Every one of the nurses I’ve had the pleasure to meet has been gentle, kind, caring, supportive, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Their communication is always very good, texting in advance to let me know when they are arriving. I’m so thankful to have had this team treating me.

Fantastic company to use …

Fantastic company who looks after their patients with compassion and nothing is ever to much trouble
Throughout my chemo treatment i got to meet 5 or 6 different nurses and all were professional, kind, sympathetic and extremely knowledgeable
Couldn't ask for more
