I enrolled in a Level 5 diploma with the expectation of a professionally structured programme aligned to the academic standards appropriate for this level of qualification. Instead, my experience has been profoundly disappointing.

Firstly, the workload is disproportionate. The requirement to submit essays of between 7,000 and 9,000 words for individual assignments for a Level 5 diploma is excessive, unrealistic and misaligned with typical diploma-level expectations. And they expect you to do 5 of such assignments!!!

Worse still, after you've taken the time and effort to produce such volume of work, feedback usually consists of baseless accusations of AI use or a demand for unreasonable amounts of in-text citations. No amount of citation seemed sufficient to satisfy the assessors, implying that the issue is not scholarly rigour but rather an unreasonable standard of “waffle-free” prose.

The cost and time investment have not matched the educational value delivered. I now feel I have lost both money and opportunity to pursue a more suitable provider. Given these problems, I cannot recommend Britannia Education Group to serious learners seeking a level-5 diploma that genuinely advances academic or professional development.

The support I have received from MARIA, tutor and Muhammad Omer, assessor has been beyond incredible. Both Muhammad and Maria are intellectual in this field. Maria was a dedicated and approachable tutor, who explained everything clearly and always encouraged me to do my best. she also guided me with confidence and I have completed L3 CAVA within 6 weeks. Muhammad and Maria provided great feedback for how I can improve my work to take it to the next required level. The tutor Maria's support has been amazing on this, she has been super understanding and attentive. Muhammad and Maria are very methodical and pointed me in the right direction with my coursework to achieve the pass.

My experience with Britannia has been nothing but excellent, the course is well structured and the support from the team has been incredible. Clare provided great feedback for how I can improve my work to take it to the next level. Their ability to adapt to my coaching background which I used extensively throughout my work was relieving as it was most specific to me.

I have successfully completed my level 3 AET course with Britannia School and all I can say is how amazing the school has been with me. My tutor Ashley is so methodical and pointed me in the right direction with my coursework, to achieve the pass. I am 51 this year and being able to achieve a pass is a great feeling. Ashley is so approachable and helpful, I never felt pressured or overwhelmed at any point, and studying along side my day job as a driving instructor was a breeze.
