I researched many course providers and I was extremely confused until I came across Britannia School of Academics. Ayaz was extremely helpful and explained everything really well. We spoke on the phone and continued messaging on WhatsApp. I have enrolled in 2 courses and it was due to Ayaz's professional and kind manner.

The process to enrol on your course is relatively straightforward, which is very helpful. Unfortunately, starting your practice is something else. The introduction video has information which is confusing to the learner. Additionally, the learner has to spend quality time to understand the process of the course and how to start it. Go to the forum to find an answer to your question. There is no guidance from the tutor. The team has removed the units, and it is only assignments. However, those assignments required you to refer to those units to achieve your task. They have not changed the introduction video information. Next is to listen to someone, not seeing the person explain those assignments, which is not pleasant to listen to when you are tired after a long day of work(I prefer to read). You only see the PowerPoint. I can not ask for a refund as I already have the course, but if I had known it would be like this, I would have never signed with them. I'm very disappointed with the structure.

I'm an international school teacher in Oman and just registered with assistance with Ayaz for the level 5 diploma in education and training. I've been teaching for almost a decade only with my B.Sc and wanted the teaching credentials. Ayaz answered my many questions and helped decide on the best option for my current requirement. Registration process itself gets a 5* for now. I will update this review after I start the course program to include details of the learning process.

Ayaz was really understanding and empathetic with my situation which had hindered my progress on my course, I was able extend my course for 12 additional months to ensure I am successful and a very reasonable admin free. Thank you very much for all your assistance.

Received sign-up support over WhatsApp. Was a little bit scared at first, in case I was being scammed, but everything worked out nicely even got a decent discount on the course price. Hopefully the rest of my experiences with this provider will be as pleasant as the sign-up.

Started this course last week and my course tutor Emma is fantastic! She has also been understanding about my situation. I apologised to her in advance because I didn’t want her to think I am bombarding her with my assignments. I explained I am spending A LOT of time on my course, work are also supporting and allowing me ample time to do it which is really helpful.
Emma was very supportive about this and very understanding.

Completing my course with Britannia School of Academics was a good decision! My Tutor Lena has supported me throughout with encouraging words about my effort and letting me know what I needed to do to improve further. The assignments are challenging but make you think about the work you are doing and how you teach your students. It’s an extremely thorough course which has taken me 18 months to complete. I am so pleased to have completed this.

I just recently completed my level 6 in education, at first there was a communication issue, as to i hardly get a respond to my mail or a confirmation to my submission of any task. But later on, Nadya took over and she was very prompt and very patient with my tasks.

Can't review the course as my daughter has only just started the Level 5 in Education and Training. But the service so far has been punctual and she love the moodle to track her work.
