Avoid , they sent the wrong address to the delivery company, so package had to be returned to them , totally there mistake been waiting since April for a refund but said l could only get 70% of my money back Kayla must be programmed as she sends same email back every time ! I know the delivery company has been in touch to say they returned the package , Avoid , Avoid biggest scam ever robbing people of there money DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE don’t order from this company

as with so many of these complaints re computer glitch charged twice for products and automatic subscription that was never signed up for - waiting for the 70% refund that so many have been promised - they start with 20% and wok their way up but cant give 100%- Kayla in customer service emails are all computer generated and never get anywhere - told refund had been dispatched but cant give any reference or proof nearly 3mths of worthless emails
only way to get anywhere is with your bank - good luck everyone - we all got scammed by this company

Do Not be fooled these gummies do not give you a golden glow as advertised!
They take money out of your account saying you subscribed to a monthly plan. Will not refund you you have to claim back from your bank and be inconveniently without your payment card whilst it is stopped and a new card sent out. Fraud Fraud Fraud…..

Complete scam and waste of time and money!! I am still trying to get a 70% refund of my money and it has been over 2 months!! I am beyond frustrated and customer service email person keeps putting me in circles and saying that there is a glitch in their system. Their products are garbage and fake!!

I ordered some gummies in March and have still not received them. I've emailed them about 40 times they keep telling me they are on there way and there not. I've requested a refund and I'm still waiting for it.

I have gone through three entire bags of these Alamo gummies and I am still as pale as a ghost. There hasn't been even a slight shift in my skin tone.
These gummies are nothing more than overpriced sugar and food dye marketed with fake promises.
The product itself is nothing but a joke, but the company’s customer service is even worse.
I tried reaching out multiple times to request a refund and was met with total silence.
They are clearly just stealing money from people and hoping they don't fight back. I eventually had to file a fraud claim through Visa just to get my money back.
This company is dishonest and needs to be shut down.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this "business."

Horrible customer service, gummies don't work. Once you cancel they quickly send another order so they can get more money. One order was short 75% of product and they were told no more. They again quickly send the missing items so they will only refund 40%. I have been trying to get the 40% for 2 months. Worst company in the world.

SPAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. They sign you up for a subscription fraudulently after you paid about £30 for a stand alone order. . Then after you contact them, by email as its the only way, they eventually confirm all future orders are cancelled but then Do Not do it as a month later over £90 was taken fraudulently from my account. They refused to refund saying the order was dispatched and offered 70 % refund even though they admitted through email it was their error. I had to do a charge back from my card provider and don't know how many times this company will try to do it again. I really, really advise you not to use them at all. Totally disgraceful company.

First order came within time, happy enough with the products, however a week later a further £58 was taken from my account due to an error on their website that put me on a subscription, having been in touch several times and them agreeing to a 70% refund, especially as i did not even receive the 2nd package, sounded like great customer service on the surface but the reality is there were many promises and zero results. My advice would be to steer well clear of this company, they are able to claim money from your bank overnight without a problem, however organising a refund seems to take 10 working days (maybe fair) but repeating that promise 3 times with no refund is in my view incompetent at best.

Similar to other reviews, repeatedly taking money from your account, goods that don’t arrive. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get a refund. Never ever use this company.

Horrible customer service, I have been trying to get my money back for over a month.
They had a system “glitch” charged my card multiple times in a four day period. But all I got was a “we’re sorry yes that can be can be very frustrating” and Shipping takes Absolutley forever so you get an auto renew before you’ve even had time to try the gummies.

I just got scammed wish I had read the reviews they told us it was a error in the system but they took 128 dollars two times in three days so they got us for about 350 dollars that's for 60 Gummies that I broke out in a rash all over my body what to do? Any help please. Thank you

If I could give zero rating I would. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 payments taken after I cancelled the subscription. I didn't realise I had signed up for a subscription. Customer Service is absolutely shocking

I ordered from this company Savannah skin. Got charged the following month. They signed me up for a subscription I didn’t know about. They continued to charge my card every day for a week. I finally had to cancel my card because they wouldn’t stop charging me. They offered a 70% refund that I’ve never received. I email every few days with promises it’s coming. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

What a nightmare I’ve had with this company. Order the smallest pack. Then they took money out of my account for the biggest pack. Saying I signed up to it at checkout. They said they would cancel the next order four days later they took money again. And it was for the biggest pack. I have emailed them. They just lie all the time plus the product doesn’t work 🤷🏼‍♀️so they have stolen nearly £80.00 pounds ☹️

I ordered this item once. Hated it. They keep sending me more and I have no recollection of subscribing!

What a scam of a company!!First placed my order back in April with it I got 2 gifts free total paid £32.34 took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, 3 weeks later checked my bank account and they took £53,74 out of my account emailed them straight away and asked why have they took more money out and they said it’s a technical error and refunded me.
The next day I got a email saying I have placed an order for 4 items 2 of them being the free gifts I received with my first order with a total of £53.74 emailed them again asking them to cancel the order cos I haven’t placed one and they told me I have sign up to a subscription (which I never did) and the order been dispatched so it’s to late to cancel it.
Got straight onto my bank and asked them to stop any other payments going out to them and the next morning a declined payment of £53.74 shown up on my phone to this company 😡 weeks later the items got delivered they didn’t send the 2 free gifts from my first order but changed me for them so this says to me, they could’ve cancelled the order when I first emailed but they lied saying it’s been dispatched.
I am in the process of trying to get a refund emailing them all the time but keep getting told it’s with the financial team.
Please do not order from this company they will keep taking your money!
