Ordered initial buy one get one free and from then on i was locked in and more just kept coming and money kept coming out of my account. I contacted them and they were disgusting to deal with, agreeing to a refund that i never received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered the package buy one get one free !! Then more arrived that I didn’t reorder or subscribe to £50 was automatically taken from my account. I contacted the bank and stopped any further payments to the company which helped me ! But No ! I contacted the company by email and got a response! Me thinking this was positive, email said all the right things !! We are sorry, we can help, we can do a partial refund, all rubbish just the same response in every email, the finance part of the team are experiencing problems and they will get back to you.
No ! No refund, no help, after sending email from April to August and still no refund or any help ! The email
suddenly didn’t exist anymore ! Just bouncing back, this company are quick enough to take your money but will
not refund or help you in anyway. Absolutely devastating they should be shut down. I would NOT buy anything from them.

I do not think that this company even deserve a one star. Do not order these. I am emailing from May trying to get a refund. I ordered the offer on at the time. On checking my bank account they had taken a large amount of money out of my account . This was before I had received my products. I e-mailed to say I haven’t received them and about the money being taken out of my account. Then I received the second order still not my first order. When I complained about the large amount of money they took they only refunded 70% with still not receiving my first order. I have been emailing the company every week since May and all they come back with is that there is nothing they can now do even though they track their orders and have said they can see I have not received my first order. So stay away from this company.

If I could they would get no stars. I ordered the first offer and received the goods eventually and then the nightmare started! According to them I had signed up for a refill programme and they took £90.95 from my account and 4 days later took another £90.95 due to a ‘glitch’ in the system. They refused a full refund as the warehouse were preparing my order which obviously was a lie, after over 4 months and a lot of complaints nothing more has been received. If you have ordered from this company contact your bank to prevent further payments being taken. I would recommend you do not use this company it appears to be a scam. I have many emails from Kayla who was supposed to be sorting it out all promises but nothing happens do wonder if it’s an AI!!

I ordered this online for one. They enrolled me in monthly renewals. I was billed three times in one month. The third on I wrote on it returned to sender and sent it back. I emailed customer service and Sara wrote me back and said they would send me a refund. Never received it. Last time my email was returned.

Went for the introductory pack, buy one get one free.
They only sent one and I was immediately billed for another pack.
Contacted customer service, waste of time, they did not want to reimburse me and instead sent another pack.
So I ended up buying 2 packs at full price, I haven't even tried them!
Awful company who should be closed down.

I wouldn’t really give this company 1 star. The tanning gummies are a joke, they do not work. Worse though, I did not set up a subscription but was charged for more. I started out talking to a representative named Kayla. She was very nice and professional and assured me it was indeed their fault and she would stay after them until I received a refund. This started in April. It is now August and still no money and her emails have been returned. I suppose she either got fed up with this company and quit or possibly was fired for telling me the truth. Please save yourself time and money as these do not do one thing and this company is a rip off.

I have had the same awful fraudulent experience as all of the other reviews. A refund has been ongoing for 4 months and my email address has now been blocked. Disgraceful company. PLEASE AVOID! I am going through fraud proceedings with my bank.

I am owed £63.66, they dragged it out for months. Then I was finally blocked via email. Started beginning of April. Found out I have been blocked from returning my follow up emails today!

Absolutely disgusted!

I have never dealt with a more dishonest, unscrupulous company. I was charged twice for the product, then lied to over and over again about the refund that was always anywhere from 7 to 14 business days away. I never received the refund and they finally just quit responding to my emails. I will never do business with them again and have told everyone I know what a horrible company this is. And don’t waste your money on the gummies. They’re a joke and don’t work at all.

I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service and lack of accountability from this company. After an already extensive delay, I received an email from a representative named Kayla promising that my issue was being escalated to a supervisor and that the finance team was investigating the hold-up.That was over a month ago.Since that email, there has been absolute radio silence. No manager has contacted me, no transaction details have been provided, and my funds/issue remain completely unresolved. It is unacceptable to acknowledge a customer's patience, promise a direct update, and then completely ghost them for weeks. Avoid this company if you value communication and honesty.

Don't event want to give 1 star, one off purchase and had 2 further transactions taken out, promised refunds since april and still notjhing. Emailed and now got a undeliverable message, ridiculous service

I absolutely hate that I have to give this company even one star.
Complete and utter scam. Im embarrassed I fell for it. Honestly "Kayla"the AI response is so patronising. 3 monthly payments taken from my bank in less than 1 month. I really hope this company gets whats coming and are sued and people in charge get jail time. I work hard for my money and it was stolen. I am now waiting around 5mths for my supposed refund.

Fraud fraud FRAUD! They need to be sued. They have over chrged and KAYLA their AI Robot who responds to their emails is so completely annoyingly fake over promising refunds for fraudulent credit card authorizations is the absolute worst. I filed fraud on my card today after MONTHS of empty refund promises. Do not buy its a scam!

This company is involved with theft and fraudulent trading.
The product doesn't work and the subscription is very difficult to cancel.
They charge consumers for a second order before they even receive their first order, and at full price.

Worst company ever. Don’t refund when you try to cancel and take 3 months money out your bank.

Proper con merchants. I would give zero star if I could.
Placed an order in March, I then cancelled in April they had just taken another payment from my account, however they took another payment 3 days later, without authorisation.
They sent the gummies which didn't work. However they did offer me a 70% refund which 3 months on I'm still waiting.
Do not give this company money for something that does not work and they will take money from your account after you cancel and keep fobing you off regarding your refund.
It takes less than 2mins to refund money back into your account. NOT 3 MONTHS WHICH HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

Where do I begin. I was lied to and had money taken from my account that was not authorized. Kayla the supposedly customer service rep lied to me for three solid months! Without a doubt this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in all of my years and that's a lot of years. I just want everyone to know not to order from this company. I would like to hear other people's complaints as well. Maybe it'll make me feel better.

Save Yourself the headache and DO NOT order anything from them. I placed ONE order not knowing that it will be recurring charges of 60.00 like every 2 weeks.

I returned the product with a letter requesting to cancel and credit Me, Via Priority Mail w/ tracking number & delivery confirmation)
At 1st they claim they received it, 3 days later, they claim they didn't.

They gave me so many excuses
From partial credit, to I can't get a refund and so on.

After emailing them back & forth and getting nowhere I decided to put a full stop on this company doing unauthorized transactions.
I ended up taking the lost, I canceled My card, and had the bank flagged them for any transactions they tried to make. REPORT THEM TO BBB AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
