Satchell Moran Solicitors responded to my review by “encouraging” me to “get in touch directly” but this was not genuine, only a scam on their part because When I got in touch directly they ignored my call. I then received a highly prejudicial email on 21 Jan 2026 from one of their solicitors, Keya King, stating that my file was closed despite the fact that my file had already been closed since 28th Nov 2026, and never re-opened. In addition, the email contained “further advice” regarding my case which was oozing with retribution and bad faith because of my review about my bad experience with Satchell Moran. Such arrogant, dishonest, unethical acts are precisely what lead to this and so many bad reviews not only from clients but also ex employees. It is vindictive and disgraceful that they would respond to reviews by “encouraging” people to “get in touch directly” but when you do they ignore you and then email you with unsolicited and highly prejudicial advice about your case in a desperate, vengeful and futile attempt to taunt and provoke. So when they generally respond by saying either to get in touch or that they don’t know the client, this is only a theatrical display. Such unprofessional and unethical conduct doubtlessly warrants adjudication by the Solicitor Regulatory Authority. In addition, I am extremely concerned that Satchell Moran may be using an active army of trolls to persistently post positive reviews in order to bury the unrelenting avalanche of negative reviews left by real clients.

Satchell Moran Solicitors treated me like a meal ticket. They were unresponsive, unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They took my case at no win no fee and soon after started delaying the process and made decisions without my consent. After dealing with Satchell Moran I no longer have any faith or trust in solicitors or the legal system. You’ll be well advised to keep away from them even if they offer to represent you for free! Just look at all the negative reviews.

Responsive, patient and professional service

It took over 18 months for our claim to be settled. I only mention this as when I asked about the timeframe from start to settlement, I was advised by our appointed solicitor that our case was out of the ordinary in terms of how long it took. However within that time we were constantly having to chase satchell moran for updates and explanations in regards to the process and timescales. We also found ourselves doing a fair bit of liaising between our housing providers, solitors and different contractors. It inevitably became equally as stressful dealing with satchell moran as it was trying to deal with our housing providers. I unfortunately found staff unproactive and difficult to liaise with at times.

Vicki Andrews is a credit to Satchell Moran her proffesional attitude along with her team towards dealing with my case and not only winning but also myself receiving a payout,if I ever need Vikki's representation along with Satchell Moran's excellent firm I would not hesitate to have them represent me. 10/10 is what I would give Vikki Andrews.

I contacted Satchell Moran Solicitors for a housing disrepair clam. I was left in appalling living conditions and bullied by Cadwyn Housing association. They took my case on right away no messing about. It was Christmas time and the even said to me they wouldn't take a % for doing the clame for me and my mother. Honestly not sure as I’ve spoke with someone and was told my case can be taken for disrepair. And now not heard nothing from no one and email the lady who handle my call . So until I get some form of update or something or even a call back may have to change my last review as there lack of communication at this moment
