I HAVE WITHIN THE LAST 18 MONTHS HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY LANDLORD TORUS REGARDING FAILURE TO CARRY OUT REPAIRS.
I ENGAGED SATCHELL MORAN WHO TOOK OWNERSHIP OF MY ISSUES.
THEY HAVE COMPLETED A SUCCESFUL COMPENSATION CLAIM ON MY BEHALF.
THIS WAS DONE EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY WAS ABSOLUTELY NO INCONVENIENCE TO ME.

I was very happy with the service I received from Adam and his team regarding my housing disrepair, always very helpful, friendly and easy to contact about any issues.
I now have nice new windows and just awaiting new front door to be fitted thanks to Adam and team which the Housing Association did not address.
I also received compensation which was a bonus.

Brilliant people i have been helped by Hannah brown on my housing disrepair claim she has been very helpful and understanding I struggle to understand things sometimes she made sure I understood everything perfectly any questions I had she was always happy to answer and helped me win my claim against my landlord would definitely recommend using this company if you are having troubles with disrepair all my repairs that needed to be done got refused but with Hannah's help I got my bathroom and leaky emersion tank replaced

Iv got mold drafty windows with mold been complaining for 15 years.. kitchen leak and collapsed unit and no hot water since October 25 ? Had all videos, photos council lied and this poor excuse of solicitor said there's not enough evidence.. me thinks either paid off or just couldn't be arsed. Avoid this company waste of time i really thought I'd get my hot water back at least still not repaired 28/01/26. Im dealing with this through environmental health and yes it's council fault that's why iv taken further action. This review is true .but no evidence you said so im not removing this review.

Threatening somone is a criminal offence. If you are saying I was threatening to two females I encoueage you to report this to the police, promptly. After all, ya'll are suppossed to be a bunch of "solicitors." Are ya'll that incompetent and powerless?! Responding to my review with dishonesty and playing the victim is truly pathetic, desperate and cowardly.
Run, run, as fast as you can, stay away from the umprofessional Satchell Moran. They mishandled my case, closed my file without justification and did not act on my side.I am left utterly disillusioned by from Satchell Moran Solicitors. I am an unfortunate victim of their unprofesionalism. The questionable letter they purpprtedly issued to the police on my behalf appeared AI generated. In the end Satchell Moran sided with the police against me, their own client.
