Good quality product well packaged. Good price. Reasonable communication and made it clear that customs delayed the delivery. Had to resell since product was spot on, but AI advice was not - but not a problem thsnks to very good packaging.

I bought a crankset which I couldn't find anywhere else to replace a worn one on my bicycle and a bell to replace a cheap one that had always been broken. I had never heard of this retailer before probably because it's a Spanish company but I had no problems. It took a little longer to arrive than expected, possibly because they send orders from Spain. It wasn't an issue for me but might be if you need a part to be delivered quickly. It came as described on the website and was nicely packaged and protected in bubble wrap. I would recommend based upon my experience and would definitely use again.

Ordered two items 8days ago, both were showing as in stock. They haven’t even been shipped yet.

I highly suspect Santafixie are dropshippers - they don't hold inventory of any of the bikes/components/parts you buy - hence why they have very little control over quality and delivery/shipping speed. I ordered a Dosnoventa seat post, santafixie being the only site that had it 'in stock' apart from actual Dosnoventa (in Tokyo) - so i suspect they just ordered it from Japan then sent it on from Barcelona - My order took about six weeks to finally reach me. Communication over this time was limited, and not overly helpful. Prices are competitive but I won't be using them again, it's not worth the stress

I was looking for a fold up bike to replace a stolen one and got a Dahon Mariner D8 via Santafixie. Just what I wanted . Came quickly. Tracking was easy. Was well packaged and undamaged. Very pleased.

I was sent an email to ask for a review for my recent order. The same order that I tried and tried to get some tracking info. The same order that I eventually received a reply to my emails which stated that there was a stock error and they didn’t actually have it! The same order that they cancelled without consulting me. Ah that one! Yeah the best invisible item I’ve ever bought.

Brooks saddle that was exactly as ordered and reasonable delivery time-

Ordered item 3 weeks ago (16th January) and still nothing. It got picked up by GLS on the 22nd January supposedly (now 7th February) and that was the last update apart from getting asked to write a "good" review for the company. Feel like I've just been scammed like numerous others, wish I'd read these reviews first.

Avoid. You may save few quid but it ain't worth stress and hassle. Its been nearly 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. Tracking no they gave me doesn't work. And customer service contact email only allows you to talk to very unhelpful bot. Shocking experience

Great price for product and hassle free speedy delivery to the UK. Would use again.

Arrived way too late. When I tried to cancel the order because I had to buy elsewhere due to the delay, there was no customer support and it arrived anyway. I was told to return the product at my own expense. Shocking customer service - would never order from Santafixie again

Don't bother ordering from Santafixie
I have ordered twice from Santafixie, and the first time, delivery took far longer than what was indicated on the website. I ordered again to give it another chance, maybe I was just unlucky. However I will not be ordering from them again. I placed my order over 6 weeks ago, and still have not received my it.

Items ordered, money taken but nothing delivered. No contact made and I had to reach out to ask for my money back. Took 5 days for them to respond to my request. Product never received.

Waited a month for parts to arrive and still waiting, will not be using this company again, I have had two customers bikes in my workshop now for a month waiting on parts from this company, giving me a bad name, now trying to get a refund or replacement parts sent to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service. 4-5 days delivery turned into 3 weeks before dispatch and then another week for it to be delivered to the wrong address. Evasive communication and 2 months later still no refund made, instead still suggesting I try and locate the delivery. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from Santa Fixie.

Good: The items were exactly as described and at a great price.
Not so good: A little slow to process and as they come from Spain, allow time (at least a week) to arrive with limited tracking info.

Good pricing and goods arrived fine but the quoted 3-4 day delivery time turned out to be 16 days. Customer service was useless when I chased for progress updates. For the few £ saving I think I’ll shop elsewhere in future.
