Still nothing these thieves are still at it. Don't buy from them you will only lose your money. 5 months on and I still have no communication. Keep away.....

Ordered a bike 31st Jul 2025, paid £506.97, no news, no bike...

Same story as the others on here. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They will take your money and send you nothing at all. Multiple emails, phone calls, online forms & no response over a 6 week period. They just waste your time having to get a cashback from the bank.

I placed an order on 15/12 for a christmas present, the order went through and money was taken from my account. However that is as far as it has gone, I havent received the item or had any contact from Mango Bikes to say the item has been even dispatched. I have contacted Mango bikes multiple times since the end of December with no response. I have sent emails, messaged via the online chat service and both telephone numbers on the website do not work, including one which is ironically next to the following statement - "Top notch customer service". Do not buy from this company.

Can’t say enough good things about Ian and Mango Bikes. From the moment I messaged about one tiny detail I received 5* personalised customer service. The team are next-level professional yet very personable at the same time. Not to mention they really know their craft. I explained what I use the bike for and we worked together to put together the right bike for ME! 100% would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. I know nothing, I was buying for my husband as a gift. The knowledge and expertise was second to none and it made my life easier. My husband is over the moon. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Such a wicked bike for the money and the guys at Mango were great. They called me when a colour I'd selected wasn't isn't in stock and sorted me out with an alternative.

Great customer service, replied to my email straight away and have been very helpful.

My son bought my wife and me 2 geared mango bikes we cannot get enough of them, its like a new lease of life being able to ride to the shops this summer, service has been second to none.

Excellent service from the start. Was given really helpful advice i.e. which kit would be best, which really assisted me with my choice of purchase. Couldn’t fault communication. Overall extremely happy with the outcome :)

Bit rubbish at present.
Ordered a saddle 18 days ago.
Had notification it was shipped chased after a week, requested someone contact me then received notification my order had changed back to "placed"
With no response from anyone it doesn't bod well Going to try and get my money back.
Wish me luck.
Avoid if you can!

Update: 01.08.2025 my saddle has arrived but no comms from mango... They need to do better with customer service. 😒

It took over a month for Mango Bikes to deliver my bike. Every two weeks prior to that, they attempted to assemble it using parts I never ordered. When they finally decided to ship it a month later, they delivered it to the wrong address—even though I had clearly provided the correct one. When the bike eventually arrived, it was missing parts. The Mango Bikes does not respond to emails or answer phone calls. I strongly recommend Mango Bikes at all costs.

Customer service is completely nonexistent - they’re quick when it comes to taking your money, but good luck getting your item, let alone a response to your emails or calls. Honestly, you’d get more value by spearing marshmallows on your bike spokes, lighting your money on fire, and roasting the marshmallows over the flames. At least that would bring you some satisfaction.
