Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva Bewertungen 

This is our second year with Island Vacations and fourth year on Sanibel. They provide exceptional personalized customer service. They are very responsive to your needs while on island. Our house needs some TLC and they were quick to respond to our needs.

Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva were a joy to work with in obtaining a condo for a week in paradise! They were so helpful, accommodating, friendly, and just a pleasure! We will be back, and we will use Island Vacations again and again and again!!! :-)

Island Vacations makes the vacation experience seamless and wonderful. Their website makes reservations very easy. Check in is quick. Our unit was spotless and incredibly comfortable. There was an issue with an appliance which was resolved quickly and painlessly. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. This is the third time we’ve rented through Island Vacations, and I wouldn’t think of going through anyone else.

Pool could of looked cleaner- sides of the pool looked like they needed to be scrubbed

All staff are friendly, helpful and responsive to any questions. Our unit was available earlier than the normal check in time and staff called us to say we could check in early.

Another wonderful stay at Isle Awhile. A lovely house, super pool and we had a great time exploring the island on the bikes, thank you. See you again next year!

we've been vacationing at the Shorewood Condos for the past few years. everything is always clean and the Island Vacations of Sanibel Office is always. the views from the condo is beautiful and the area is quiet. one of our fav places to visit.

I have rented from Island Vacations numerous times and every detail is always perfect! It is such a joy to work with a company that truly understands the meaning of customer service. I will continue to come back to them every time!

Compass Point is a lovely condo. The rooftop patio was great for star gazing.

We enjoyed our vacation this year at point Santo. It was up to our expectations. We have made our rollover deposit for next year. Hope to continue in the future years.

DEALING WITH BETH IN ISLAND VACATION HAS BEEN
GREAT THROUGH ALL THE YEARS, AND THE REST OF THE STAFF IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

We rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Halfway through our stay, one of the bathrooms stopped working. We called to ask for a plumber and were told one could come the next day. The plumber came but the plumbing was never fixed. A reduction in price was not offered, even though we were inconvenienced by having everyone have to use the master bath. In addition, we were told that they were aware that there was an issue with tree roots in the plumbing of the condo we rented.

I normally give 5 stars but this year we had a maintenance problem that took 5 days to resolve. When we arrived the refrigerator was leaking. We cleaned it up. It continued to get worse. We had towels down sopping it up, putting dry towels down and washing the wet ones. We had a puddle in the kitchen. We reported the problem 3 times. Man came out and looked at it and said he couldn't find any leaks. It wasn't until the condo below us reported water coming through the ceiling did anything get done. After fixing our leak, they left the mess on the floor. Icemaker still wasn't working. We had no icemaker all week. Very disappointing.

This is the third year we have booked our vacation through Island Vacations of Sanibel and Captiva. They have been great!!! They call us after we check in to make sure everything is satisfactory and to see if we need anything. We will definitely book through them every year. The staff is great!!
