Sam organised a fabulous holiday for us in The Gambia. From the moment she received our enquiry with suggestions she sourced all the information we needed to book and the small touches of messaging to check we were ok before and after we flew were especially appreciated. Sam enabled us to visit Norway and Finland with ease. We gave her a list of what we would like to do whilst we were there and she managed to seamlessly fit all of these together into a magical snowy vacation. Having vouchers in place made each stage of the vacation very easy to navigate. We would highly recommend Sam for any holiday destinations you’re wishing to plan.

Great communication , safe pair of hands

Sam has organised two wonderful holidays for me recently. The first one was a weekend in Rome for the Longines Global ShowJumping Champions Tour and the second was a Horse Riding Safari in South Africa. The trips were perfectly crafted, Sam's planning was flawless, from flights, transfers, hotels to her personalised touches and quick communication.

We’ve now had two fantastic holidays organised by Sam Lewis – Not Just Any Travel Agent, and she’s already helping us plan a third (with many more to come, I’m sure!).

We’re not an easy family to book a holiday for – everyone has different opinions and preferences – but Sam listened carefully to all our needs and delivered perfectly. She truly took the stress out of holiday planning, which meant I could actually relax and enjoy the trip knowing everything was handled.

Even the small details were taken care of – from making sure we got to the right terminal to arranging smooth transfers. Sam goes above and beyond every time.

Sam was absolutely amazing start to finish and made our holiday so easy. She gave us some amazing options and really curated our holiday for us. We did a budget/mid-range trip to Paris and she organised absolutely everything to perfection! The cherry on top was the surprise breakfast in bed she organised for my birthday!

Sam has arranged three trips for me this year to Germany, Italy and Corfu. All went exactly to plan and exceeded our expectations. Not only does using Sam take the hassle out of arranging an holiday yourself, I found that Sam saved us money compared to the likes of using Expedia etc.

Outstanding service. Sam made a huge effort to get to know us and our requirements through a couple of longer calls. She then came back with plenty of options for our planned holiday. We had many calls and emails, nothing was ever too much for her and she worked tirelessly to come up with the best possible package for our needs and budget. The result was fantastic and just the holiday we hoped for. It's obvious she is an experienced travel writer from the quality and location of the hotels. When one of us was unwell she rescheduled our pre-paid tours to Pompeii (at her company's expense) so we did not miss it. She was always contactable when we were away and kept in touch but was never intrusive. A really great service, which takes all the time and trouble out of planning- thank you Sam.

For someone that does not have the time to sit in front of a screen and trowel through endless options, Sam took care of all of this and refined my search by truly listening to what we wanted from our holiday.
