Ordered my trainers on a Thursday and received them on Friday. Was kept updated at all times and got a message from Royal Mail saying they were out for delivery. Excellent service.

Been looking for these ZX750's for a while and found them with Same Day. Ordered them in the afternoon and they arrived the next day. Really excellent service, will definitely use again!

I'd missed a piece of address information and so the team tried to contact me to check. That helped me change the delivery date (I was going away at the weekend) and the trainers turned up as promised with some good communication of delivery time expected. Thanks

Super communication and delivery quick

The brand is same day trainers, the order was on next day delivery, but it came 2 days later. Not disastrous would have been a 4/5 for the product and service but the supplier’s choice of courier let them down. Clear instructions where to leave it but instead thrown over the gate and left exposed to really bad weather. All outer packaging and made the return more difficult. (The return was a sizing issue nothing to do with product quality).

Used Same day Trainers and also not heard of them before bit will definitely be using them again.

What makes this company stand out and why I wouldnt hesitate to use them again is their customer service. I had to return an item as wrong size ordered but they communicated immediately through email and even have a WhatsApp contact to talk to a real person which is even speedier.

A lot of companies are quick to take your money but leave you exasperated by the after service if there is an issue .

Not this company so i would highly recommend.

Trainers had no wrapping paper on them just trainers in box

Never heard of this company before, was only looking thru google search for the trainers I wanted and found them , there was a mix up with delivery , but who ever I dealt with was on the ball straight away and it was sorted , customer service was great and still got next day delivery. Gladly shop here again!
