Fast and friendly service. My mum loves the chair, after many years she feels she can actually do sajdah to her Lord.

The concept is great but the quality is lacking. I received a damaged item , customer service very reluctant to replace , instead offered me £10 off. Bearing in mind I bought this for my dear mother , £10 was an insult when I wanted a replacement.
On the end I had to accept as they claimed not to have any more stock.
Considering they’re charging £100+ for this item , the quality and performance does not match the price tag.

I bought this for my Aunty, after years of having to sit on a dining room chair uncomfortably finally has her own space and something to make her feel more in salah momento. Good condition, just the perfect size, slightly over priced but worth every penny. Looks and feels luxurious. Jazakallah to whoever came out with this brilliant idea. This wasn’t gifted to her for show or unnecessarily, rather to meet the objective of the product which it actually has met, making salah easier for the ones who struggle. Also she’ll remember me in her every prayers too :D

I saw an ad for this on Instagram and instantly thought of getting one for my parents and in laws. I bought one for my dad for his birthday and he really likes it. My mom used it too and she said it was comfortable. Thank you for this great product.

Excellent service, very fast and efficient. I got my chair within a few days of ordering. Easy to assemble too.

Expected a higher quality product for the price. Seat fixing is very poor. How difficult would it be to pre drill the clips? Excellent idea, need to rethink if you are actually improving the ‘sujood’ experience for those who have been missing think unparalleled act of worship.

I bought this chair a few days ago and I wanted to wait before leaving a hasty review. I saw the advert and purchased the chair for my mother in law. I had trouble with ordering the beige colour as the website kept defaulting to green. I therefore called an placed my order instead, I was impressed with how easy it was to place the order and with how quickly my chair was delivered.

The chair itself had a couple of scratches and some loose threads. I’m not overly picky so I did over look these minor faults. The chair itself looks nice. Admittedly it is pricey however I wanted to support an Islamic entrepreneur and accepted the cost to produce these are probably slightly higher.

What I am disappointed with is the lack of instructions, which should have included regardless of how simple they maybe.

The biggest disappointment for me is the seat. The seat without being fixed with screws is very unstable, however if you do fix the seat the chair is no longer foldable. If the chair is being advertised as easily storable then consideration should have been made to make the seat more secure. The seat itself
didn’t come with any indicators on where the screws need to be drilled in so it’s a little guess work. Overall nice chair however these design issues could have been resolved in the early stages.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review, however I am mildly irritated over the lack of attention to detail in finishing t he product.

However website was glitched so I didn’t get my correct colour
With out of stock colours, it changes the colour automatically for you rather than telling you

The chair itself looks beautiful from the offset however if you think it’s suitable for the elderly as a folding chair, then it’s not!
The seat is not stable to sit on if you just place it on top of the folding base (which too is poorly manufactured and uneven) as they have demonstrated. Unless you want the elderly falling through or gliding off the seat you’d have to screw it in place with the screws and attachments provided, this means that the chair is now no longer folding and compact and has been advertised under false pretence. Because of the instability of the base, the seat does not sit even although it has been drilled into the metal frame.
The material on the chair itself is beautiful and thick but the finishing is not so pretty. There were threads and edges sticking out all over the chair I had to cut off myself.
Upon delivery the amount of scuffs and scratches of the gold metal itself was unacceptable, salaahchair claimed it was the couriers mishandling that caused it, but from the amount of bubble wrap and other soft wrapping within the box meant it’s impossible and personally I think they are aware of the faults thus have a no returns policy!
I did contact them and offered a 20% refund but it does not justify how disappointed I felt with this item.

Good service.comes with no assembly instructions though.

The salah chair is perfect for our mum, us sisters had bought it for her as she struggles to do her salah standing due to health issues, so this chair was exactly what she needed!!
My only criticism would be that there was no instructions included on how to put the chair together, it looks pretty self explanatory but instructions too wouldve been great.
Overall a regret-less purchase👍🏻
