We are delighted with our Double Albany Bed the gorgeous dark grey fabric is a great colour and the finish is amazing. Not only is this bed beautiful to look at, but the craftsmanship is also apparent, with the wooden feet and frame detail unlike any other bed. It’s very strong and extremely well made and so comfortable. Me and my husband put it together quite easily using the instructions provided.

Brilliant!
Was looking for 2 high sleepers for my girls and had actually found this bed,which was perfect, on a diff website but went hunting for a better price and came across this website.
However what really made me chose these guys was the customer service reviews and im so glad i did.
Gave a quick call on a delivery query, spoke to rachel (i think was her name, apologies if not). She was fab and lovely to chat to. Was advised 10 to 14 days for delivery, they turned up in 8.
Been built a week now, the quality is amazing, the instructions were easy to follow and i have 2 very happy girls.

I recently ordered a chest of drawers…
I recently ordered a chest of drawers and although there was a system glitch that allowed me to purchase an out-of-stock item, the way this company handled the situation was nothing short of exceptional.
I received a phone call, explaining what had happened and was offered either a full refund or the option to wait a couple of weeks for the item to come back in stock. As I was moving at the end of the month and the item wasn't urgent, I was happy to wait.
The moment it came back in stock, they called me again straight away and offered to dispatch it immediately. When I mentioned I was moving in five days and was worried it might be delivered to my old address after we have already moved, they didn't hesitate, they agreed to send it to my new address and coordinate delivery around my moving day. They even called me on the day of my move to check I had my keys and everything was ready before sending it out. That level of care and attention is genuinely rare.
The chest of drawers itself arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, solid quality, and honestly better than I expected for the price. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was made in Denmark.
I cannot fault this company at all. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into one of the best customer service interactions I've had. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Customer service was one of the best if not the best I've experienced. Within 24 hours of placing my order I had a call from Rachel who was polite, professional and friendly, she explained everything clearly about the delivery and communication I would receive in regards to my order. Very fast efficient delivery of my items. There was a little mix up on the day of delivery with the delivery company and Rachel had it dealt with within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Very happy customer
I bought an ottoman bed for my daughter. I paid to have it assembled too. The men that came were very professional, they arrived on time and worked very hard, The bed is amazing, we love it. All my daughter's toys are stored underneath. The mattress is super comfy too. Well worth the money. Thank you

I’m really disappointed with my…
I’m really disappointed with my experience. When the bed arrived, one of the boxes was missing, meaning I couldn’t even assemble it properly.
On top of that, the colours of the parts that did arrive were different from what was advertised, which was really frustrating. It’s not what I expected at all.
I do want to mention that the customer service representative was very helpful and did everything she could to assist me, which I appreciate. However, the missing box and incorrect colours caused a lot of inconvenience and stress overall. Unfortunately, because of these issues, my overall experience has been disappointing.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused due to one of the 5 boxes containing the side rails that had been misplaced by the carrier and did not arrive with the initial delivery. Also one of the boxes out of the 5 had the wrong colour foot board which upon investigation the box was labelled correct colour but the part was the wrong colour inside the box which occurred at the manufactures factory. Upon receiving the details from you this was promptly resolved by the manufacture the next working day with the correct coloured foot board and the missing box also arrived however they where the wrong colour side rails. This was then reported to us and again we worked with the manufacturer for a prompt resolve of which the correct side rails arrived on the day you requested along with collection of the incorrect parts in 2 boxes completing your order with all the correct coloured parts. Once again we are sorry for the issues and any inconvenience caused whilst everything was resolved for you via the manufacturer which would have taken 2 working days however your preferred delivery and collection was on Wednesday taking the resolve to 3 working days. We bought a cheslyn bed on line from the Home and office stores. It was a good deal cheaper than other sites and so we reviewed the web address to make sure all was good. There were some mixed reviews but we went ahead and we were so pleased we did. We were particularly impressed with the service. I made a small error on the first order and with a quick call this was rectified. The delivery went like clock work and they were lovely to speak to on the phone. A genuine family business. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Great customer service and quality item
We bought a mid sleeper bed with furniture below just before Christmas for my son. Everything was going together nicely until I realised 1 of the drawer runners had a wheel missing. I contacted the home and office stores using the email they contacted me on for the delivery and they couldn't of been more helpful in getting it sorted. I knew it was the Christmas period and they would need to contact the manufacturer so was more than happy to wait for the replacement part. Their communication throughout was brilliant both through email and over the phone. Remember we're all human and things do go wrong, I suspect the negative reviews on here are people that either expect too
much or damage items in build. Read the T&C's to understand returns policy. I would use them again based on both the quality of the item and the brilliant customer service received.

Top notch products and customer service
I ordered 2 desks online and was contacted about an hour later by a friendly rep to check to see if delivery the next day would be convenient for me. The delivery company they used also gave me a good time slot and contacted me half an hour before delivery.
I did unfortunately have an issue with one of the LED strips that came with the desk, but one email later and they'd dispatched a new LED strip out the next day which worked great. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service has been the best you can ask for.

Inferior quality and bad customer service. I ordered a bed that was very bad quality and the color was different from the picture. I wanted to return it back but I couldn't. Return costs are too high for me. Do not buy, do not recommend.

Inferior quality & bad customer…
Inferior quality and bad customer service. The bed fell apart after limited use with guest. I was told I had mistreated the bed! I was forced into buy-in more spare parts and the same thing happened, whereupon I was told as I bought more parts I was admitting it was my fault!

Thank you for your past order and we are very sorry to hear after all the speedy support, advice and parts supplied at cost price after you accepted the manufacturers findings to help you resolve the first damage caused from accidental damage you then found our service to be bad and posted your review before the manufacturer had the chance to even asses the second instance of damaged you had reported. The information was only provided to us in multiple emails by you on Monday 14th August starting @ 10:01am though to 10:23am and the manufacture responded the very next day on Tuesday 15th August and the information sent straight to you at 13:32pm. Regarding your product comments the bed did not fall apart and the photos you provided which where assessed by the manufacturer and ourselves conclusively proved the bed has not been fully or correctly assembled as bolts where only partially tightened for example in the headboard and side rail and vital parts such as the large washers which prevent the small headed bolts crushing the metal tubing had not been used on vital parts of the cross rail and centre rail assembly, these are also the parts which where damaged though over tightening, crushing and twisting the cross rails and centre rail as it had not been correctly assembled with all the parts needed as advised in the assembly instructions. Further issues where caused by the bed been allowed to slide around on the rug which is not fit for the purpose it is being used for positioned on a hardwood floor with low friction properties which in the photos provided clearly show the bed and rug have both been sliding and moving around allot even dragging the bedside unit which is also partially on the rug causing lateral forces on the bed centre legs dragging them out of a vertical supportive position, and causing twisting damage to the central bed frame structure. During your calls to us which where answered every time you unfortunately felt it was ok to use highly abusive and offensive language verbally abusing multiple members of staff which you had to be advised we would not continue to accept such unacceptable language which you continued to your very last words hanging up on us giving us no chance to even discuss the manufacturers latest findings with you. Even after how you have communicated with us we are offering you an olive branch and as advised if you would like to check though all the parts and provide us with a full list you require we will request the pricing and availability and order the parts from the manufacturer for you and provide them at cost price so you can fully disassemble the bed frame and reassemble it correctly as per the assembly instructions. However you would also still need to purchase a suitable fit for purpose none slip rug or none slip furniture pads as previously advised which is suitable for preventing the bed and or rug from sliding around on your type of flooring or further damage will occur again as beds are not designed to be sliding around when in use or when not in use. I truly hope after you have gone though the points made by the manufacturer yesterday and see where the assembly mistakes have happened you can then contact us so we can assist you further with the replacement parts. Best customer service I have…
Best customer service I have experienced in years. We have recently purchased a a full set of bedroom furniture from Home & Office. James is so helpful. He made sure we had all the information we needed. We noticed a small flaw in one of the parts of the bed and he had it replaced within 24 hours. Perfect 👍. I would definitely recommend and I will always look at home & office first before buying any furniture in future.
