This company is a scam!!! I have called them over 5 times to cancel my service and it would highly appear their receptionist are trained to say the same thing every single time, which is, "sorry, nobody in the cancellation department is available so please leave a message and we will call you back." Nobody ever calls back so the last time I called and asked to speak to anybody else in the company even outside the cancellation department and she told that NOBODY in the company is available. Really??? You charge people to help with support but NOBODY in the whole complany is available? I asked if she had an email for the department to cancel my service as well and she said they didn't have that either. You are a freaking tech company but don't have an email...like come on!? I then asked her if she was trained to scam people by telling them the same thing they told me the last 5 times I have called over the last month. Stay away from this company!!!

Andrei is an outstanding individual. He came next day on a plumbing issue I had at home with two bathroom toilets needing replacement. The first was easy and straightforward however with the second one required removing the tile, support structure (these were concealed toilets but second one had an access point way too small) to fix, then put back together neatly. Andrei was transparent and fair with pricing, dedicated the time to get the job done same day despite the obstacles. Additionally he explained what he was doing and it was clear he appreciates good quality work.

I had a leak and flooding in the kitchen last night and the water supply was turned off. I called out this morning and a very lovely gentleman by name Andrew turned up. He was quite respectful and very professional in attitude. Andrew was able to sort out the problem and also gave some advice. I will recommend him to anyone.

I had to call out an emergency plumber on a bank holiday weekend. Andrew arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Despite access problems and difficulty finding the right parts, he fixed the leak that day and then returned a few days later when he had sourced one particular part. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and I would highly recommend him.

I called about 3 companies and total of 9 hours of work nothing got done until Andrei came, very experienced got the job done in 1/2 hours excellent work would recommend if you need any work, will always recommend him
