Although I ended up not using this service (absolutely not their fault), I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is having an issue with UK clients, even if you are from outside of the UK (I'm from Japan). Their responses were very fast, they looked into the documents and evidence and kindly gave me a lot of great advices.
If I ever run into the same issue, I'll reach out to them with no hesitation again.

Safe Collections were great to deal with, very reasonable and ultimately, secured my money from a bad debtor.

I approached Safe Collections and spoke with Adam, who advised me to send a final demand to a debtor that had ignored a business debt for three months while offering nothing but delays and excuses. The moment we issued the seven-day final demand through Safe Collections, I was paid in full.
