Never received our order. This is a Chinese company posing as a legit company.

I received an email on Nov. 17 that my order was on the way. It isi now Dec. 28...no order. The tracking is down, and the website is gone. What a SCAM. I have emailed. Radio silence. What a load of crap.

I purchased a sweater from Saela and when I tried to contact them, they went silent. Didn't respond to emails. I would like to return the sweater and cannot.

The Casual Fleece Jacket is my new go-to for weekends. It’s comfy and fits beautifully.

If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. They are a scam. Sweaters are acrylic and badly made. There's a line in the middle of the sweater that looks like a mistake. I contacted them and they offered a 15% refund. I said no, I'd like to return and they responded with an offer of a 20% refund. I said no, and they gave me an address in China to mail it to and said I'd have to pay to send it back. I had no confidence they would refund my money and so I didn't send it back. They also advertise the product saying it's an older couple who started the company and the husband died so the wife is closing the business. Just incredible how low these people will go to scam you.

These are cheap made in China polyester sweaters. They are NOT WOOL NOT HANDMADE and you have no way to get in touch. I have reported them to Shop and I am pissed. The sweaters are worth 10. If that not 65. TOTAL RIP OFF

this “company” uses AI images and false information to trick a buyer into thinking the sweaters purchased will be authentic Icelandic hand knit wool sweaters. It’s a scam. The garments are cheap, mass made machine quality. The color and designs are stamped on thin polyester fabric. They advised via email that I could return, but there is no response to my subsequent emails and no phone number to call. Package took over two weeks to arrive with no return address. There are a few reviews here that appear staged as well. Beware!

Mis. Ten eerste word er gezegd dat de trui uit IJsland komt,is niet waar de trui komt uit China. Ten tweede, het zou een trui van 100% wol zijn. Ook dat klopt niet het is 100% polyamide. Dus mijn conclusie is dat het oplichtimg van de bovenste plank is.
Kan het niet in Nederland terug sturen. Dan moet het naar China terug gestuurd worden. Wat ook veel
geld kost.

I ordered what I thought would be a high-quality Islandic sweater. What I received was a flimsy sweater with no tags. I have emailed the company 3 times... in an effort to return the merchandise and get a refund. To date, NO RESPONSE

False advertising. Sweaters are polyester, not wool, and are poorly made in China, not Iceland. Some seams and necks were defective. Was offered a partial refund, but it has not been processed. Shipping took over 3 weeks. Returns must be paid for by the customer, TO CHINA!

The hooded sweater is versatile and cosy; I wear it layered or on its own and always feel comfortable.

handmade; Icelandic nor wool.
These are polyester, poorly sewn & machine made- not handmade; (mismatched seams) and made in China. Don't waste your money on this scam.

They need zero stars. This website is a scam. They claimed to be selling Icelandic wool sweaters. All the sweaters I received were cheap 100% polyester. Shameful, evil sellers.

The Hooded Zip Jacket fits perfectly and keeps me warm without feeling too heavy. Great for layering during the colder months.

The Fall Sweater is super soft and cozy. It’s become my favorite piece to wear on chilly mornings and evenings.

My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. The sweaters look nothing like the images on their website. The knit is extremely open and loosely stitched, more like a decorative layer than an actual sweater. They are thin, airy, and offer zero warmth. The sleeves are huge and oddly shaped.

The description says wool blend, but the sweaters are actually 100 percent polyester.

When I contacted customer service, they ignored their own website promise of a thirty day money back guarantee with free returns. Instead of honoring it, they pushed partial refunds and tried to make me pay return shipping. I had to keep repeating myself and sending screenshots of their own policy.

The product is misleading. The images on the website show a tighter knit. What I received was nothing like that.

Buyer beware.

De truien zijn niet IJslands, gemaakt van goedkoop polyestergaren en gefabriceerd in China. Troep. En nu ben ik bezig om de boel terug te sturen. Het is oplichting. NIET KOPEN bij Saela&Co
