The receiver of the shipment in America said it didn't arrived, even that the delivery service flagged the shipment as "delivered".

I'm a years long customer of saal digital Germany and never had problems like this.

I have found the website straightforward and easy to use. When I had a question the associates were informed and courteous, always making sure I understood. I have been blown away at the top notch pieces I have received.

I really liked the application software. In the backgrounds section, it was very tedious to scroll through all the possible backgrounds one by one. You should have a search back the same way you have a search bar for clipart. Also, I would recommend trying to get more clipart into the software. It's a great service you provide and I already know the quality is going to be great because my friend should be some albums she printed using Saal Digital so I can't wait to receive my albums! I would recommend adding a little more capability to the software for backgrounds and clipart.

The design software was easy to use. The various themes and layouts are great for photos. I would recommend adding some photo + text layouts for informational photobooks.

The glossy photo paper really brings out the colors, and the acrylic cover looks beautiful.

Ouch! But worth it.

My experience was great. The software is very user-friendly, the options are excellent, the process was easy and fast, and the delivery was very quick as well. It’s just quite pricey.

i got my book on time very good quality

I ordered a set of ten 5"x7"calendars and they all arrived damaged, with dented corners, scraped edges, and/or glue from the shipping box stuck to the surface of the pictures. Looking inside the box, there was no protective packaging to contain them within the barely-closed package, so at least one of the calendars was hanging half out of the box upon receipt.

I have ordered photo books from Saal in the past and they arrived in immaculate condition, so I was shocked that their calendars arrived in such poor shape.

Update: They've agreed to send a new batch of calendars, which will hopefully arrive in better condition than the originals.

Both my original order and the reorder were easy and arrived packaged well. I really like the quality of the photo print and cover on the photo books. They were gifts for others and the recipients were impressed.
Also timely responses to questions made this a pleasant experience

I have had a great experience with Saal Digital. I was ordering from a local lab in NY, and after some hiccups, I gave a chance to Saal and never looked back. I just ordered again for the same client 3 albums for the same event, one 12x12 with an acrylic cover and two 8x8 also with an acrylic cover, just because the client loves it. I also ordered a 19.7 x 27.6 Hahnemühle Bamboo Natural Line fine art print for another client, and he was absolutely stunned with the quality.

The quality of our photo book is exceptional and the layout software was great! It provided excellent templates and was easy to use but also provided ample options to customize everything.

The Photobook I received was not as close to the colors represented on the project design. I wish to send a screenshot of one page that shows the discrepancy. I am not happy with the product although some of the pages are very nice some are rather mediocre compared to the project design page. I would like someone to reach out to me so I can find out what the problem is. I have another photobook I am working on right now and will not send it in until I have a better understanding how to get the most accurate representation from the project design to the actual product. For almost $300 it is less that what I hoped for. I have used your services previously and this product was not as pleasing as the other photobooks I have ordered (six photobooks before this one.)

Everthing worked. Good quality prints. The only minor improvement I thing could help are little more option on the layout and editing software flexibility. Also, lack of good preview.

I loved the experience, I don’t know if I used the room wrong but I centered the picture too much to the right, I think that something to help me center it perfectly would be great in the tool but maybe I missed it. As money allows I will order more things and more photo books as the quality is amazing and the experience was streamlined and great!

I love the metal wall art! The colors and detail are bright and sharp, but the matte finish makes them beautiful from any angle without the glare. When my recent order arrived with an accidental scratch, I reached out about getting it reprinted. The customer service replied quickly and sent out a reprint of my wall art right away. I received it yesterday, and it's stunning! I'll definitely be ordering again.

Excellent quality and fulfillment speed. Using ICC profiles and having my monitor brightness adjusted from previous prints has allowed for a consistently reliable result from Saal with high quality. This was my first time printing a canvas of a large print and the result looks just like expected. Shipping to the United States also came in a very reasonable time frame

The photobook was delivered a couple of days early and the quality was fantastic. Really happy with the entire process from designing the book to its delivered quality.

I just love SAAL digital, I have been using it for all my photobooks after being dissapointed by a few other companies.
The only downside is DHL, the delivery guy sent it to a different address!!!

I was able to navigate the software with minimal difficulty.
