Some medications, they have sent the wrong ones, and I've had to send them back. As soon as I can find a suitable alternative, I will be leaving. RXLive. Customer service is also shocking. I can't understand half the messages they send; they just don't make sense. I've already had a call from the manager, who said that things would change if I stayed. I gave him the benefit... Things have definitely gotten worse since then. Awful service and now untruworthy.

Another company promising medication sent to your door in blister Packs, but failing on delivery of the services promised.
I signed up for RXLive because of problems with terrible service provided by Pill Time and Pharmacy2U.
I’m on 10 different medications to treat type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and a heart problem, with multiple drugs for one condition, one specific drug I need to take 3 a day so when signing up for this service from RXLive, I thought it would be obvious that I’m signing up for blister packs, (why would I want 10 boxes to open every morning/evening)?… that would make no sense to anyone with ANY common sense.
The first order I placed arrived with no problem, fantastic I thought, at last a company that delivers the services promised and what I signed up for… a month later they sent me an email saying a repeat order of my drugs were on the way…. An order I hadn’t placed so I cancelled that order.
I then ordered a heart drug as I was running low. But after a few weeks I chased them up after non delivery despite selecting 24hr delivery as the presented option. I was then told the drug was out of stock and I should have received an email confirming they were waiting on a re-stock… no emails were received and after another week waiting for my order I contacted them again, I was promised the drugs would be posted and delivered next business day, they weren’t, but did arrive 48 hours later.
On the 24th May I ordered my months supply of 10 drugs on a 24hr delivery, but they turned up on the 3rd June some 10 days later.
When the months supply arrived, the box was opened, nothing was missing but it was a poor quality box and poorly packed with the drugs just thrown in the box.
None of these drugs were blister packed as per the service I signed up for so I called their phone number (which you have to google as it’s not obvious to find on the website.
I’m told that the service id signed up for was not the blister packed service and no record of this selection had been made, so clearly as the customer I’m in the wrong and it’s my fault (sigh)
I’ve been promised my drugs will be collected tomorrow (4th June) and my replacement blister packed order will be delivered on Tuesday of next week, I’ll do another review (negative) if it’s not, or a positive review if it is…
Customer service is full of excuses and Teflon shouldered people so I’ll see if they can get something right but I’m not holding my breath.

1st order was screwed up with only half of my Ensure drinks turning up (all of the wrong flavour) and I've NEVER had the missing Ensure drinks replaced ?????
2nd order also messed up ????
3rd order of what should have been Raspberry flavour Ensure drinks turned up again INCORRECTLY with the flavour of BANANA (I hate BANANA!?) and only had 10 drinks when it should have been MORE????
NEVER HAVE I EVER COME ACROSS A COMPANY SO INCOMPETENT AND MY QUESTION IS THAT IVE READ WITH OTHERS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH OTHER MEDICATION AND BEING SENT WITHOUT EVEN ASKING THEM BEFOREHAND !!!!!!!???????
TIME TO HAVE A CHAT WITH MY GP AND TO GET THIS COMPANY REMOVED !!!

I recently posted a review about RXLive which I have now taken down. I was contacted by the management from RX. They made every effort to explain the difficulty they have which turns out to be out of their control. I have been with RX for 7 years and had no problems . But over the last few years there service was dropping leading to me finally posting my earlier review. Having spoken to RX, I would like to apologise to them. On the other hand I will be contacting my Doctors Practise Maassarani and Partners will be receiving an official complaint regarding mismanagement of my medication and preventing me from seeing the Doctor of my choice over many occasions this past and present year. Once again I apologise to you RXLive, together we will get thing sorted out .

Signing up for the service was incredibly frustrating. It assumed falsely that I didn't pay for prescriptions even though I am under 60. Getting this corrected was difficult, then they failed to send a payment link, asking again if I had to pay. Then I was overcharged for two items when it is in fact two packs of tablets in one prescription. Then I was charged again for no reason. When I complained I received an email saying "I do apologise on our records you was charged this: £19.80" which is pretty poor English. After a description of the timeline I was asked "so what was the problem with your delivery?". I didn't complain about the delivery! This comes across as defensive and argumentative. You need to refund £19.80 immediately. This is appalling service and I expect a proper apology.
Edit: Now a follow up email, asking me to prove I paid £19.90 which is an amount I didn't complain about. Then a follow up saying it had already been refunded last Friday. Absolute gibberish. I want this to be escalated as a complaint.
Edit:
I received an apologetic email from RXLive and missed a call from them. It took until today (23/05/26) for a refund of the double prescription charge to appear back in my account. I trust they will perform better in the future.

Very poor considering medication is so important I feel this company is not bothered
Meds aren’t delivered on time and when delivered items can be missing and full quantities not sent
I am having to message all the time it’s taken so much of my time and its been a massive worry to see if meds will arrive

Brilliant service, I can’t stress you how grateful and excellent service these guys provide. Excellent communication and reassurance. If you are unsure of anything they advise accordingly. Best of all no hassle super fast next day delivery when they receive the prescription authorised. If you are unsure or 50/50 wether to change your pharmacy then don’t look any further. I changed pharmacy because of the stupid long queues or the 5min useless conversation before you get your meds. Just use them and thank me later

I've been using RX Live to fulfil my regular pharmacy needs for about six months. I have complex health issues, so my repeat prescription list is a lengthy one. RX Live are head and shoulders above other pharmacies I have tried. My medicines arrive on time, every month. They handle changes of address in a flash. Above all, they are responsive. They reply to emails within hours, streamline processes, and make everything simple. Best of all, you get to deal with real people in real time. RX Live are simply the best.

I find it easy to contact them. Their telephone number is always available so even if you are not in to computers and 'chatting' online, you are able to call them, which is what I prefer. I have my medication in weekly blisters packs. Rxlive are always up to date with my medication, all I need to do is press the dispatch and its sent.
I have always found them to be pleasant and helpful when talking on the phone to them.
