Quick to respond
I couldn't reach customer service by phone, but they were quick to respond via email. Answered my questions and found the correct replacement part for me. Shipped the next day and I had it two days after placing the order. Very good performance.

The staff takes care of you through the whole process
The website made it fairly easy to find parts, but Taylor was great! She took the time to look at my photos and confirmed all of the parts I thought I needed to order were correct.
When the parts arrived they had instruction with them.
The experience was good from start to finish.

Polite discussion about warranty, and Mfg. defect on an auto drop awning issue. Helped me with the repl. Product part numbers! I am not sure why you make an auto drop any more when, now, you’ve changed the wording in the manual and recommend putting awnings in 100% of The time now. I still believe this was a mechanical failure where the hydraulic locked up and weight of water damaged the arm.
