My name is Lindile Dlisani a son of Nobuntu Dlisa I'm writing this complain on behalf of my mother who is not well.The is a poor service we have been receiving from Russells store in Bellville since last year October .My mother bought a dinner table last year 07.10.2025 cash for R6,849.00 then when we receive the table it was not in good condition from then I contacted the sales person her name is Carman to inform about the damages on table also some of the chairs ,she ask me to send pic via WhatsApp then she can log call on wherehouse,she did log a call for exchange after I have call her again to find out how far are you with the DC for the exchange , I think that was the last week of October then my mother went to the store in Bellville spoke to the store manager they hard agreement that will get the table 1st week in December from the we never receive the dinner table,when I contacted them again as usual because am the one who must go extra mile for something we paid for cash not laybye. The response from sales person that will receive the table around 15th of December because they are out of stock and I was fine with that but the problem is that I need to call or WhatsApp them all the time to find out about the exchange, To me that shows poor communication skills from sales person also the Store manager who promised my mother that she will receive within a week time.we have been patient with them for a month and half for exchange but I ask for one thing from Carman to make sure before the Christmas we need to have the dinner table because it will be family time and that was the reason she bought it but it never happened since now the 09.01.2026.I have been trying to get hold of the store manager since last year but when I make a call then whoever answers will give the phone to Carman.We feel unvalued after spending so much money to Russells company, its been 3months since we waiting for a new dinner table that was promised to us that will receive it last year 2025 now we on January 2026.This is what make my mother send this year because of the sales person again only send the email to find out how far with Miss Dlisani dinner table after I have contacted her this morning around 11am then she responded by showing me that she have send email today at 11:15am after I have contacted her again as usual am the one who must find out because its my mother money that Russells have banked in their account now they don't care about as.I have send her massages on WhatsApp to ask her to tell the store manager to call me before 11:30am that did not happened and I was not surprised because its not new or I can say its not the 1st time anyway inclosing just know two things we didn't eat Christmas on the dinner table according to my month plans for last year December also my mother house its not wherehouse for Russells please find a way to solve all this and send your people to come fetch your table as we still wait for new one. What a bad experience, i placed an order on the 15th of December was supposed to receive it on the 21st , to date I still get a new delivery date whenever I call to find out, no communication at all , they promised to get back to me but no one has ever called me, mxm I’m so furious

I paid for a bed online over 2 weeks ago to be delivered, and there customer service keeps telling me they have escalated it to there warehouse. The staff are so incompetent and don't care weather you get your order or not. I have been waiting since for there incompetent delivery department to contact me in regards to a delivery date.
No south african should need to deal with this level of stupidity and incompetence. They should be shut down completely
