My parents trusted Russels way back then so I also thought I shoul. 2024 I did a laybuy of a kitchen unit paid it out in Dec 2024, they deliver Jan 2025 it is something completely different from what i bought. Reason, they did not have the unit it was discontinued so the customers who bought it were supplied this alternative. Mind you they only tell me this when I enquire after I've received the unit.
2025 December stupidly again i go and buy cash a wardrobe. It is the 06th of February I am yet to receive what I bought. First they didn't have it in the warehouse because they were working on skeleton staff in Dec so I patiently understood. But now it is in the warehouse and I've been waiting for it's delivery since mid Jan.
I would never ever buy at this store again.
They don't even communicate they just stay silent until you ask #rubbish

I'm disappointed with Russells.
I bought a dinning room set and it was delivered on the 22 November 2025 and one chair was damaged. I reported it to them and they said I must send pictures they'll get back to me after 14 days. Until today I'm still waiting for response
