Really impressed with the service provided.
Needed a couple of spare wheels quickly that are ready to go incase of emergency. Ruk bikes provide a very easy solution. Easy to use menu on their website providing a range of options to suit all budgets. Already had to use the front spare as suffered a glass shard puncture in my original tyre two days after they arrived. The new spare wheel fits perfectly and runs beautifully smooth.
I chose mainly the cheapest components as I only wanted spares but, will certainly consider Ruk Bikes when I upgrade the originals.

Order wrongly sent out initially but fairly helpful in sorting it
There was a mistake with a wrong order which they quickly rectified once aware of it but then bit of chasing was then needed to get a returns label for it but which was eventually sent.
However they helped me with a store credit enquiry and wait for replacement order not too long.

I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. But the customer service after the fact was prompt, courteous and professional. I cancelled the order so no rating of the product, but service was restorative. Failure of USPS is no reflection on this good company

Antwort von Ruk Bikes
Hello,
I am very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. We always want our customers to get their gear as quickly as possible.
Looking into your tracking details (International Tracked: LA679875194GB), we can see that the item safely departed the UK via Royal Mail on June 25th and arrived in Mount Airy, USA, for delivery on June 29th. Unfortunately, the local delivery partner marked the package as "Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender" at 22:54 that evening, which is why it is currently making its way back to us.
We have sent a direct email to the address on your order to confirm your shipping details so we can get this sorted out for you as soon as it arrives back with us.
Excellent service
I messed up my order, waited for several weeks before asking to return it, and Kevin responded really quickly with a returns label. Top service, thanks.
