If I could give zero stars I would I was up in my winnings and all of a sudden they disappeared on me causing me to have no winnings and nothing hitting in my game after two mega wins in a row. I DO NOT recommend playing with them and there games they like to play with you. Highly unsatisfied and think they should be taken down for robbing people.

I then turned to their 24/7 online chat support and finally managed to speak with someone. Since then, I’ve contacted support three more times using the same method, only to be met with excuses for why my withdrawal hasn't been processed. The latest excuse was that I’m not eligible to use Bitcoin for withdrawals. Another claim was that my bank doesn’t allow foreign wire transfers—this is entirely false. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no wire transfer attempts were made.

I’ve been repeatedly jumping through hoops to get the money I’m owed. Until I receive my winnings, I will continue leaving negative reviews. Interestingly, if you look up the address listed on the Ruby Slots website via Google Maps, it points to an airport in Curaçao. This casino group is a scam. They have no intention of paying out winnings, and they make the withdrawal process unnecessarily difficult for players.

I have tried reaching support because I redeemed my $30 free play as a new player and got up to $200 and it showed withdrawalable but now says $721 play through , I’m not understanding because I’m not familiar with these gaming sites vs Luckyland, Zula, Chumba, etc . I have verified multiple times with success but it continues saying I have missing documents, I complete it with confirmation and it keeps making me do it even after “success”.
