Terrible customer service, longest wait. Times for payouts, ridiculous hoops to jump threw for verification of identity. If i could give zero stars! I see that the Casino never replied once to any of the complaints but i will throw mine in here anyway and i hope future players read this before playing at this site. I initiated redemption request on 12/27/2024. Until today01/19/2025 i go back and forth, they keep saying the money has left the casino and there is nothing they can do. They are not able to provide a trace number for the wire transfer nor escalate the problem. Request was approved out of time frame because i kept on contacting them. Impossible to withdraw. I won over 11k back in October and am down to 6k because I can’t withdraw, so I just keep losing which is what they want. I figure I’m not going to get paid out anyway. They always deny my withdraw. I had to open a different bank account because they said they didn’t deal with my bank, then it kept getting denied because according to them I never submitted the banking documents. I was a VIP player on Sunrise Slots, Raging Bull, Silver Oak, Palace of Chance, Posh Casino and Ruby Slots. Due to the fact that I started winning a lot and cashing out after spending THOUSANDS of dollars, they took away my VIP status and took away all promotions from me.
If you want to get paid good luck getting paid on time! They claim 7-10 business days to get approved and then 7-10 business days to get paid. That’s far from the truth. I made a withdrawal on October 19th and today is December 21st. Still don’t have my money. Don’t waste your time or your money. They were glad to take my money from me when I kept losing.
