Very knowledgeable and amazing service.
I was in the market for a new clutch and liked the look of one of their products, i called and was greeted warmly and passed to a very knowledgeable technician who answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I would need for my car. I straight away ordered one of their clutch kits and slave cylinder. It was manufactured and sent asap and arrived a few days later.
Would highly recommend.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I recieved. Ordered my clutch and flywheel over Easter bank holiday and they rushed my order ready for collection as my car was on the ramp in my local garage. The clutch and flywheel is top quality my car hasn't driven this smoothly in years
Give a very wide berth
Bought and paid for this on Tues 11/04, it's now p.m. Sat 15/04, not so much as an email acknowledgement of the order, tracking number or anything, other than them having the cheek to ask for a review, so I'd say they've made a rod for their own back there, and here it is. Do not buy anything your not prepared to write off as a loss. It was only £20, I'll take the hit. Stick to Ebay or well known reputable companies. I have no idea what the product is like, I never got it, and have written it off as a ropey supplier.

Only reason for 4 stars is the communication from the company is abysmal, no confirmation email once ordered and no other emails regarding shipping or tracking info etc but the quality of there products is second to none and also the price in comparison to bigger brands like exedy etc
AVOID Like The Plague!!!
Had a twin friction clutch fitted in my Golf R Mk7 manual. Purchased from Awesome GTI.I was warned about these RTS clutches but like a fool didn't adhere to those warnings. Now 5k Miles later its Burnt out!!!! I dont even drive my car everyday its more of a weekend car as a drive a works van during the week. And if your thinking i must have been thrashed the nuts of it no far from it. Im 44 years old not a boy racer i dont abuse my vehicle. So disappointed. Cost £1300 to fit along with new Fly wheel now will have to pay even more to have a proper Sachs clutch fitted. AVOID RTS at all costs!!
Response to RTS: I Didnt contact Awesome as i purchased back in 2020 so this would be pointless. I have only done 5000 miles on this clutch which i can prove. It was fitted by A1 Clutches in Tipton west midlands. They are a very well known clutch service specialist. The twin friction clutch was fitted with a Brand new Luk release bearing and a Brand new SACHS Fly wheel. I have the receipts to prove but they dont have part numbers on them however the parts fitted were the correct parts for my vehicle. Also you have changed your disclaimer on awesome website since 2020. back then all it said was This clutch must be fitted with a brand new Release bearing which it was.
Also i think you are not being completely honest about your reputation. VRS in Northampton (very well known tuning specialist) refuse to fit RTS clutches due to many complaints this is on you tube you can check your self. Plus i was warned on the VW Golf R forums about RTS clutches not being reliable by a few people. Im running stage 2 400hp 500nm torque. RTS clutch is rated at 590nm max so we are well below. My car is on Youtube Tuned By NVM Motorsport in Oldbury its on there channel. It will be going back to them for a new clutch. Im sure they will have many nice things to say about RTS

Amazing. Feels like a standard dual mass clutch (Fiesta ST mk7.5) You cant tell the difference. The bite is a little more snappy as you would expect, but only just noticable. I have the dual clutch plate, different on each side. Brilliant.

Poor customer service
To start with positive things the communication BEFORE the order was good; I was immediately (or at least within an hour) replied when I asked questions related to their products, shipping or anything related to order process.
But, AFTER I made my order and received my products, everything went odd. I live in another country than the UK so products I ordered had to go through customs and I had to pay VAT again in my home country - there's nothing weird. Strange things start here: I made sure (by asking in Facebook Messenger) before my order, that the prices of RTS Performance products INCLUDE 20% VAT and they replied that it can be deduced via PayPal refund afterwards so I do not have to pay VAT twice. They also confirmed that they could add the document that stated that their products were manufactured in the UK (which would reduce customs payments). I made my willings clear in the notification section of the order that I want that document to be included and I would like to receive British VAT of 20% back in the form of PayPal refund. Afterwards when I received information from the shipping company that my order has been cleared from the customs, I was amazed when customer service of Customs told me that there was no document included in the order package. When I received my order, I contacted RTS Performance via FB Messenger as before and asked about the VAT deduction that they promised me beforehand. They replied that "My colleagues will follow this up for you". After some days, no further answer. I asked again, what is the case with this as I have now paid VAT twice, so I am allowed to receive unnecessary VAT back. They answered again, that they "will look into this" for me. No further answer/email again.
This has been somewhat poor experience in the light of customer service. If this is the way things are handled, I cannot recommend doing business with them. They are not giving good image of their company and - as a foreigner - of the car part companies in the UK as a whole.
EDIT 31/03/2023:
I have not received any sort of reply from the seller related to my issue. European Consumer Centre has been informed about this. Only thing that has changed is the status of my order which seems to be now "completed" which it obviously is not.
EDIT 03/04/2023:
Seller answered to this review and claimed that they were trying to email me "more than one occassion" which does not hold true. After I was able to get in contact with them it became clear that actually I was not legitimate as private person to receive VAT refund. I would not have ordered my clutch kit if was told this beforehand - even though I tried to dig this information from them before ordering. Overall, this has been quite a mess.

Ordered my clutch kit on the 2nd September. Car was booked in on 10th September to a garage to have it fitted. I called RTS on the 6th to ensure they had my order as I had not heard anything. I explained i needed it for the weekend and they said it was due to leave today (6th). Clutch has not arrived. Its now the 10th and the clutch is stil up north at a dpd depot. I called on the 9th and they said it had only just been posted that day. Explained i called a few days ago and told them i needed it by the weekend. They said it was a next day service and would come saturday, although the tracking now says monday. Garage appointment is now canceled and having to wait a month for another day it can be done.
Great company, if you want your heard earned money taken and don't want the item to arrive.
