Communication was a large problem. Initial advice online was quick and good. After purchase there were problems with information about delivery. They said it had been sent and it had not left the shop. Long and short is that it took 3 times as long as it should have and had me thinking of a scam.
Turned up today looks good. Flywheel isn't available in Oz and price with import duties was fair.

Ordered a clutch kit and bearing , fast delivery, one of the best customer services I’ve ever experienced , replied to every question I had within minutes. I dealt with a person called Fred and can’t thank him enough for how fast and helpful he was. 5/5 stars!

Worst customer service experience of my life! Company sold me an engine that does not work....and then tried to charge me $500 to ship it back....their customer service reps are horrible and it's taken them 2 months to resolve this only to find that they won't refund me my whole money.....had I known this in the beginning I would have never purchased from them do not trust them at all!

Replaced a sachs performance with the rts 5 paddle clutch as the sachs was struggling with the recent tte hybrid turbo upgrade. The comparison in my view is way beyond what I expected.
The clutch just grabs all the torque around the neck with ease, unbelievable!

I first came across this company with their signature twin friction clutch kit. However their company doesn't really have a price with VAT, I'm from Malaysia by the way, hence I contacted them and ask if they have a non VAT price + shipping, they were quick to response at the beginning, however through survey ( which we all do ) AET Motorsport offers a non VAT price + cheaper shipping( fedex) , therefore I went with it bought the RTSTF-6006.

My Golf GTI MK7 previous owner upgraded to a single mass flywheel. We found out upon installation that it doesn't fit with the current flywheel, hence I talked with AET Motorsport , however they announced upon purchasing that they are unable to accept returns on international order, which is fine, because it's stated before purchase.

Therefore I contacted RTS Performance STEVE ROGERS ( proceed with caution, his title is Sales Director, but I reckon he doesn't know how to handle customer at all ). My mistake here I admit, is that I forgotten to tell them I bought from AET Motorsport.

He told me that the RTS SMF will not fit the current clutch kit, I would have to purchase a brand new SMF Kit instead. Which I am totally fine, I returned by asking if I am able to return ( bearing the courier charges myself ) the brand new RTS Twin Friction Clutch Kit and top up for a SMF Twin Friction Kit instead, there was no reply for days, until I called up RTS and spoke to Fred ( Fred was super helpful) , then magically STEVE ROGERS replied me saying :" Sure, please send tracking information once I have it. " May 12th 2023.

On May 13th 2023 Saturday, I handed over to DHL Malaysia and provided a tracking number and photos of packing as per photo RTS VI.

Then this communication went silent yet again. As per DHL tracking, the package arrived on May 16th. I called up RTS performance to ask about my package if they have received it, no update, STEVE ROGERS finally replied my email on the 20th May saying they have communicated with DHL and they will deliver the very next day.

The very next day, DHL still didn't update their delivery status, hence I called RTS again, finally STEVE ROGER the great picked up the phone, he said he has dealt with DHL and will deliver soon, I asked is this because of the VAT 67Pounds? I said I'm more than happy to pay for it, just charge it to my RTS SMF kit when I top up, he said don't worry about it . Conversation ends there.

Fast forward to 27th May 2023, DHL called me saying they will return my package at no cost because the Consignee didn't make payment, I asked why it turns out RTS PERFORMANCE has an outstanding payment with DHL and haven't made payment, please check the official reply from DHL Malaysia , every return shipment DHL Malaysia have to provide a reason and email notification ( please refer to photo "RTS" ).

Then I responded saying Steve Rogers lied to me about paying the VAT and spoken to DHL ( which he did, how else you call the fella if he said he's gonna do something and he didn't? ) , his REPONSE was SO QUICK, I guess I need to insult him in order to get his attention, then started with the name calling , stupidity and idiotic comments about me.

This is for you to judge. This is my experience thus far.
DHL is world known company, why would DHL lie about their company having outstanding payment to DHL . They didn't divulge how much outstanding they had, but that was the reason why they froze their account and refuse delivery until payment is made. Please refer to "RTS" Photo.

I have been initiating communication throughout the entire process but was not replied.

Package was stuck there since our last communication 21th May2023, if there was an issue why didn't he communicate with me ? He waited until my parcel was sent back and then insult me. I'm down 180 pound for sending it back and being called names in the end.

Second purchase from RTS, fast friendly service and great products

Excellent service with great advice from the team

I contacted RTS initially (11May23) to ask if item was in stock. Yes was the reply & they would despatch via overnight delivery. I placed the order via their own website. No receipt for transaction or despatch information has ever been received. As the order was not despatched on the requested date, I asked for it to got to a garage instead but they have never received it. I have emailed to cancel order but have had no response. Very disappointed as their product looked exactly what I wanted.
Edit- over 2 weeks later still waiting for my refund of £336!!!

The service I received was fantastic.
I greatly appreciate their willingness to aid me in finding a solution for my unique needs that others had fallen short of being able to resolve.
The quality of the product I received cannot be faulted at a very reasonable price
