I was stranded in Brittany France, every garage I contacted were not interested
I phoned RST breakdown Recovery spoke to Daniel who arranged the delivery of my car to my appointed garage in Plymouth
All my stress was taken away from me
The recovery driver who came to rescue me was Joe who was the most obliging and such a pleasure to be with. Thank you all for all your help in making a disaster a stress free passage home

From the moment I made the enquiry they came back with we could get it this afternoon. After 4 days of stress and being let down by the RAC European recovery, In dispatched this company at at 07:00hrs uk time the following day after being given the go for recovery my vehicle was on a trailer being brought back to the uk and dropped off at a garage of my choice.
From having 5 sleepless nights dealing with French red tape, my vehicle was back in UK soil and under my control as it had to be abandoned so I could bet back to the uk.
Excellent communication all around and updated with its location, I can’t say how thankful I am to this company for the international rescue

We broke down in France, in August when everything including garages are closed for weeks.
We had no European cover, so we were pretty stuffed.
I reached out to RST Breakdown, and Daniel went above and beyond to get our car back to the UK.
He was amazing, quick to respond to messages, and very professional.
I would 100% recommend this company to anyone finding themselves in a similar position.

5 star review for getting us & dog home from France on Tuesday. Adam was a delight..nothing was too much trouble, everything dealt with good humour including adding dog to ticket & having him with us in the vehicle rather than stuck in crate in van( Adam sorry for the dog hairs🦮!) His positive attitude really helped to lessen the effect of what had been quite a traumatic incident Communication with the company was excellent & we felt supported throughout.

I would to thank all staff at eat from phone calls to the recovery driver in getting us back from France was informed of the cost of recovery and updates of collecting vehicle to be recovered and making it a little bit stressful

Had a campervan accident in south of France and lost our transport and accommodation in one foul swoop - just wanted to get home and these guys were great in sending someone over and had us back within 48 hours along with the van - everything was sorted for us - hopefully won’t need to use again but would certainly recommend. They fulfilled all their agreement and arranged to recover and repatriate my Caravan Range Rover car myself wife and dog in the time frame stated . They took away all the stress and Dee our driver was exceptional . Good company and kept us fully informed and drove us safely home . Our campervan developed a steering problem in France, our breakdown insurance company exacerbated the situation with their inefficient handling.
They put us in a hotel while they ‘searched for a specialist’ mechanic to fix our problem.
After 7 days we were no further forward, so I contacted RST and communicated with Daniel.
Within an hour or so I had a quote for the recovery of me and my wife and dog and campervan to the UK.
Daniel arranged for Mark to collect us all from Sensil France.
Despite being told of our planned recovery, our insurance company moved our campervan to Anotole, about an 90 minute drive further south.
The insurance company promised to send a taxi to take us from Sensil to Anotole to meet Mark and collect our campervan.
The taxi never arrived, I contacted Mark and without hesitation he agreed to pick us up on the way.
Campervan was collected, ferry was reached on time, campervan was taken to my chosen location and unloaded. Mark had even had the foresight to book the pet lounge for us and our dog.
If your travelling to Europe by road put RSTs number in your phone, I hope you won’t need it, but you will be glad if you do.

Having had car problems while in France, I needed recovery of a car, trailer, two adults and a doggie back to the UK.
I did a Google search and RST came up, I reached out and a chap called Daniel got back to me.
We discussed my situation and he came up with a solution and price, which wasn't quite as expensive as I expected, I already had a shuttle crossing booked and asked if we could use that, Daniel came up with a solution and a revised price, which suited. We agreed and we're put in contact with another chap to sort detail, this was the only sticking point, I had to emphasise my requirements, I was restricted in flexibility, but we reached agreement and a date and time for pick up arranged.
On the Day our driver, Ferik arrived, within 5 mins of the agreed time. He took control of the situation, loaded the car, hooked up the trailer got my wife, me and Jagger the dog into the cab, then off we went.
He was polite, courteous and a delight to share the drive with, plus, big bonus, he loved Jagger.
We arrived at our destination with two hours to spare.
I was expecting disappointment, but was pleased with the whole experience.

Having experienced a breakdown in the French Alps and having absolutely no idea what to do, RST came to the rescue. At such a time of stress, their reassuring and confident communication put all our concerns at ease meaning that we could focus on getting ourselves home safe in the knowledge that the car would get home at some point too. Despite the logistics, the car returned safely to the UK within a week and made its way to our local garage a week later. The team kept me informed of what was happening throughout and were fabulous. I hope to never have to use them again, but if the same fate befalls me again, I know who to contact! Thank you.

We couldn't drive our car back from south west France to the UK and being without European breakdown insurance ( big mistake!) found RST from a Google search. Helpful quick response and quote given. Car delivered back to UK within the week so got the job done, what more can you ask

Very nice guy, very efficient work. Had no problems at all.

It was a very good experience at booking stage via WhatsApp. Response was prompt, accurate and satisfactory. Quote was fair compared with the market.
This part I would give 5 star.
The issue is with the driver's attitude on our way to garage. He took another job after me and when we arrived to main dealership he was quite rude complaining about waiting time for dropping the car as the dealership was slow showing him parking spot.
He claimed more money and his manner was rude towards me.
At the end the job was done, he apologised but this was a bitter experience. I would be reluctant to book in again although I appreciate this is an outsourced job to vendors.

Great customer service. Drivers friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% use RST again.
